Good morning,

Beloved.

I invite you to take a deep breath and attune to your surroundings,

Not yet closing your eyes,

Allowing yourself to find stillness and presence exactly where you are.

I invite you to feel into the texture and quality of your breath in this moment,

Allowing yourself to take it all in,

Not to try to fix or change,

But just be.

And as you're exploring your breath,

I invite you to find a comfortable seated position where your body feels like it can rest deeper.

And when you're ready,

Closing your eyes or finding a soft gaze.

This is a practice of self intimacy with your Sacred Heart,

In devotion to attuning to your heart's medicine,

What's alive and what's present for you.

As you continue to explore the textures and layers of your breath,

Noticing if there's contraction or resistance,

Noticing if there's an openness,

Feeling a bloom.

Allowing it to all be there.

Finding your breath becoming deeper.

And as you exhale,

Exploring your roots to the earth,

Allowing yourself to be held here in this moment,

Allowing yourself to meet this moment with grace and compassion and kindness for whatever is alive in you,

The contraction,

The resistance,

The openness,

The bloom,

Deep grief,

Fear,

Joy,

Peace,

Maybe everything at the same time.

That's where humans and duality is such a lovely,

Complex thing.

Finding deeper roots with your breath.

And as you feel that wording taking place,

Noticing where your mind wants to go,

Where it desires to take you.

Noticing without judgment,

Shaming yourself,

And seeing with every breath that you allow your body to drop into deeper presence.

And as we notice our bodies drop into deeper presence with every inhale,

Deeper rooting with every exhale,

Atoning your energy to your heart space.

And if it feels yummy,

If it feels good,

Placing one hand on your heart,

One hand on your belly.

Allowing yourself to meet this moment with some more intimacy,

Some more depth,

Exploring what becomes available with touch,

If it feels right.

Maybe tapping on your heart space a little to awaken some energy.

Noticing how it feels to attune to that energy of your heart space.

Noticing if there's any energetic shifts,

New sensations,

Before going into feelings of dropping into the deep,

Sensational body of how it desires to speak with you without words.

Exploring the sensations of temperature,

Hot,

Cold,

Ache,

Tension.

What kind of ache?

Is there?

Is it burning?

Is it dull?

Is it that feeling of being stretched?

Is it that,

Mmm,

That heart's so good kind of ache?

If it feels good,

What are the sensations of that deliciousness?

What are the textures?

Fuzzy,

Cozy,

Warm,

Soft,

Hard.

Allowing yourself to have this moment of intimacy with your heart space,

In this grand rising space before you commune with the world.

This space to have the intimacy with your sacred self,

Your sacred heart.

Allowing yourself to see what's available when you attune to this part of yourself.

Allowing moments of silence,

Moments of intimacy where you allow yourself to meet the moment with wholeness and acceptance,

A warm embrace without judgment or shame.

As you attune your energy more deeply,

Continuing to connect with your breath,

Continuing to draw your attention back to deep presence.

Asking yourself,

Asking your heart what's alive for you today.

Without going into fixing,

Editing,

Or filtering.

What's alive for you today?

Sacred heart,

Sacred self.

What's present for you?

Allowing the conversation to be awkward energy.

Allowing the awkwardness and resistance to be of service to your opening.

Allowing this moment of intimacy,

Of conversation,

Of communing with your sacred heart to be an offering to love itself.

Asking your heart,

How can you open wider to receive love today?

Noticing if there's anything present in your body physically that it wants to move.

Finding some movement.

Exploring if there's any sounds that desire to be alchemized.

If there's any yawns that desire to come through.

If there's maybe a little wiggle in the hips or the spine,

Or maybe continuing with tapping on your heart if that feels yummy,

If that feels good.

Allowing yourself to explore and play here for a few intimate moments.

As you explore and play here,

Coming back to neutral spine,

Neutral position,

Taking a few deep inhales,

And as you exhale sigh,

Inhale,

Exhale.

And as you exhale,

Sending your roots deep into the earth's core.

And if you live in an apartment on the second floor,

Envisioning these roots going down through the ground to the earth.

I invite you to attune to your heart,

Is there anything that you desire to say?

Is there any prayers that are present?

Prayer that I always ask for every day is to get out of my own way.

To be guided to lead with more love.

To be guided to open my heart deeper to love.

To be exploring if there's anything there for you.

Is there anything that desires to be vocalized?

Is there anything that desires to be expressed?

And as a reminder,

Allowing this practice to have resistance,

Allowing it to be awkward and easy,

Allowing yourself to deepen and melt into the moment of what's present.

And as you sit here and explore what's present in a prayer for you,

What's present in desire for you,

Taking a few more moments to do so.

Starting to bring your attention to gratitude for this sacred life,

For this sacred breath,

For this sacred practice of intimacy with self.

In moments of resistance and moments of peace,

In the full spectrum of your human nature,

In humanness,

Of feeling.

And if you're having resistance to gratitude,

That's totally okay.

You're allowed to have off days.

You're allowed to have days where you wake up grumpy and don't want to give gratitude.

And in those moments,

I encourage you to dig deeper and allow yourself to marvel at the simplicity of life,

The sun that rises each morning,

The gentle breeze,

A sip of water,

A cozy blanket,

The smell of your favorite candle,

A lover's touch.

Give gratitude for the simplicity,

Taking a moment to notice all the things that open your heart each and every day.

And a moment of gratitude for all the contraction.

The contraction is just as important as the opening.

As we start to settle our practice and close out our practice,

I invite you to come back into your body,

Maybe having a few more moments of some intimate breath with yourself.

Starting to bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings,

Slowly wiggling the toes and fingers,

Fluttering the eyelids,

Taking in your surroundings,

Thanking yourself for showing up,

Thanking your heart,

And taking a moment to send love to someone that you're connected with.

Send love to Mother Earth.

Send love to life,

This life that desires to love you.

Thank you for showing up and practice today,

My love.

I love you.

Beautiful words, gentle music, loving prompts. I felt a real connection with my heart and felt so grateful to start my day in this way. I would have loved a little more space between prompts to receive more feedback from my heart if you were to do anything similar in the future 🧑. Thank you so much for your guidance, it’s so appreciated. πŸŒ»πŸ™β˜€οΈ
