Feeling emotions is not something we're taught how to do. A lot of us are left feeling confused, overreactive, numb, avoidant and so much more with our emotions. So during this meditation, I guide you through a practice that has a somatic lens with lots of compassion. You may feel an opening of your heart and begin to explore the complexity of who you are.
