Our lovely darlings.

We want to say,

We're hoping that you're having a wonderful day,

Whatever the day has been before now.

We just want to say,

Allow it to be the day that it's been so far.

Can we say it's okay for the day to be what it has been so far?

Whether it's been happy or sad,

Mad or glad,

It's all okay in every single possible way.

Maybe it's a little mix of all of it.

So now that we've made a blessing towards the day that it's been,

Let's decide what we want to have right now.

What are we going to begin?

What are we going to begin now?

Today,

In this moment,

It's a new now.

So we can have a new segment intending,

As Bella says,

The segment intending is now.

What do we intend now to have?

What would we like to have in our now reality here?

Fresh,

New,

Abundant.

What do we want this now to be?

Relax and see,

See inside of yourself right now.

Go on right down to the ground of your belly.

Go on down into the ground of your belly and ask what the new now is about.

Inner voice.

What is the new now about in this now?

What's it about?

What is the new intention for now?

Wait and see.

Just listen.

Exhale.

Release.

With this answer upon us,

We can move forward and say,

That's allowed.

This is the new part of the new day.

It's a new day right now,

Even though there's been earlier parts of the day.

This is a new now in this day.

And that means it's a new day,

A new part of the day.

Today,

This now is a new.

Now,

Going forward,

We're going to take that intention with us.

We're going to take it and unfold it.

Bask ourselves in the feeling of that now intention right now,

Right now.

Bask in that feeling of whatever you heard,

Smaller,

Large,

Louder,

Shouting or whispering quiet,

Whatever that word you heard,

And if you heard no word,

Pick a word that sounds good to you now to feel as the intention for your new now,

What would you like it to be?

See,

What would you like it to be?

And then feel it.

Feel it right now.

You can feel that feeling right now.

You don't have to do anything.

You don't have to get off your,

Your stoop.

You don't have to get off your buttocks.

You can stay where you are.

You're allowed,

You're allowed to stay still and feel,

Feel that intention within you.

You can stay where you are and feel that feeling right now.

Whatever that intention may be,

May you have the courage to feel it right now.

Whatever it was,

Whether it was peace,

Whether it was excitement,

Whether it was trepidation,

Not so much.

That would probably be,

A beanbag to feel any of those heavier feelings.

They need to be felt and listened to.

They need to be heard through,

And as they're felt through,

They dissolve away.

And then you can see more clearly each day what you would like to choose now.

But as we're here in our little moment of stillness and silence,

We're having the courage to say,

What would be like this new now part of the day to be now going into our next moments with our families or without?

What would we like this now to be?

What would we like to be now and feel,

Feel,

Feel,

Feel?

It's as simple as that.

Let's feel,

Feel,

Feel,

Feel.

This is called pivoting at best.

It's a beautiful way to transition the day into a new experience.

Whatever's happened,

Good or bad,

We can always change.

We can always transition into a new now by listening and then feeling.

We don't have to go forward into actions abundant.

We can go into nows,

Into the feelings abundant.

From those feelings,

We go forth in action,

Not for the action to provide the feelings,

But the feelings first.

Feelings first,

Action second.

Intention,

Feeling,

Action.

Beauty in expression.

So we have our intention.

We have the feeling of peace or excitement or those old beanbags of trepidation that can be released and transformed and then come back to this again in a new now after that's released to choose again.

What would we like to choose now?

And once we've got those feelings abundant within us,

Asking and flowing within all of ourselves,

Activated and ready,

We again,

We listen.

Let's go back on down all the way to the ground,

The ground of the belly right now,

Going back to this still and peaceful place where we heard the intention before.

We're now going to ask,

What would you like me to do now in this new now?

What would you like me to do?

Maybe it's relax.

Maybe it's take a bath.

Maybe it's go and listen to the children outside,

To the playful inside.

Whatever is happening for you now or next,

Just listen in her voice.

What should I do next?

What should I do now to allow this feeling to flow into this next moment and into the actions?

We're taking.
