Hello my lovely darlings.
We're so happy to see you.
Whatever you're feeling right now is okay.
We want to say that right now.
Whatever you're feeling right now it's okay.
It's okay.
It's okay.
It's okay.
Let's move forward together and release whatever is coming up for you.
Whatever is happening right now to you and through you and all around you perhaps,
We're gonna go in and learn to relax and find a way to release them.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
So now let's slow down.
Let's close those eyes.
Let's take some deep breaths.
Those exhales ever so important.
Take some exhales right now and float down to the ground to the ground of your belly and from this place of deep deep deep awareness we're going to scan the body for the heaviness that's coming up right now.
Where do you feel the feeling you're feeling in the body right now?
Your awareness will float gradually to the exact location as you amplify that awareness from your home base in the belly outwards into the body.
Where is the heaviness of the feeling that you feel right now?
You may be having a story a triggered experience or emotion but now we got to go.
Where is it living within the body or just outside?
Feeling almost just outside the body.
Maybe it's your elbow.
Maybe it's your belly.
Maybe it's your chest.
Maybe it's your back.
Maybe it's your arms.
Maybe it's your neck.
Maybe it's your head.
Where do you feel the heaviness of that emotion?
All right now that we feel the heaviness of that emotion we have the location locked in we're going to do one more thing before we exactly begin.
We're going to give the feeling a shape.
What is the shape of the feeling?
Maybe it's sadness.
Maybe it's tears.
Maybe it's madness.
Maybe it's upsetness.
Maybe it's frustration.
Maybe it's anger.
Whatever you're feeling that emotion is in this part of the body and feels like a shape.
Turn on that awareness.
Bring in that awareness and feel into that location.
Assign that feeling a shape.
You're going to call it a shape.
Maybe it's a football.
Maybe it's a pencil.
Maybe it's a rope.
Maybe it's a table.
Maybe it's a hippopotamus.
Maybe it's a ladybug.
Whatever you're feeling.
Maybe it's an egg.
Whatever shape in whatever part of the body we're now going to go in and feel the feeling inside the shape in the location that you're feeling it in.
Go on in and breathe.
Breathe into that feeling.
Do not avoid.
Do not run away.
It's okay.
It's okay.
It's okay.
It is not the true story that the triggered experience caused right now.
It is something that needs to be released.
Something ready to be released by feeling.
Feeling the feeling directly in the location it's residing is your key to freedom.
So breathe and breathe and also one of the most beautiful things as you bring this awareness to the location within you is that this is not something your mind can actually do.
Only your awareness can do this for you.
Your awareness is alive right now.
Active inside.
It's the one that's able to help you release this.
The mind as wonderful as a tool that it is,
Is not the part that is doing this.
It's actually your awareness choosing this.
So your awareness plus your body know how to release this.
So let your awareness and your body work together.
Now that you've located the egg in your belly let's say or the rope on your shoulder or the table on your neck or the eggplant in your right chest wherever you're feeling whatever you're feeling.
Go on in and feel and as you do the body will know how to release as well.
So the body might want to quake,
It might want to shake,
It might want to burp,
It might want to scream,
It might want to cough,
It might want to make noises,
It might want to do any kind of expression that it chooses to release.
It knows how to release the stuck vibration in the body.
So let the body be loosened and be light as you go into this feeling and let the body move as it needs to.
Don't hold back.
No one's watching.
Go on in.
It's okay.
It's okay.
It's okay.
Whatever you're feeling is totally okay.
It does not need to be stuck.
So keep breathing and breathing.
You may even notice by this point in time that it actually has shifted in movement and place or maybe in size.
So as you go in,
See does it feel like it's in the same place or has it changed the size or the shape.
Oftentimes they get smaller over time.
Eventually they will.
They will chill,
Chill,
Chill,
Chill,
But you keep going into the experience.
Keep going in to the feeling you're experiencing in the location.
Location,
Location,
Location.
Location is your biggest key.
It is the antidote.
It is the thing that your mind has not had the ability to feel the location.
And this is how we know we're going to the right place for you to release.
It's because we're going in with awareness.
So the location,
The emotion is sitting.
And as we go to that location,
We know it's not true in terms of the story.
The story may have supported this feeling or touched this feeling or very often this feeling has been felt before.
It's not new.
It's just something that recently got triggered yet again.
But now that we're going to the location,
We can begin to release it.
It's okay.
Keep breathing into the space,
To the place where it is.
If it shifted from belly to chest,
That's okay.
Follow it to the chest and keep breathing away.
Keep going on and keep going on and keep going and feeling the location and the shape,
The shape of the energy that's stuck there.
And as it may dissolve,
Those extra breaths are your biggest ally to transmutation.
We can then begin again.
Let's go back to home base.
Let's breathe,
Breathe,
Breathe,
Breathe and go back into the deepness of that peaceful belly.
And then let's scan the body for any other beanbags,
Emotional beanbags,
That Bella calls it.
That Bella calls it the beanbags because the first one she had,
She felt like she had a beanbag in her belly.
And all of the time,
She was very scared of what would happen.
But as she felt it through,
It released a ton of energy within her.
And she realized that the other side of the beanbag feeling in her belly was freedom.
Okay,
So now that we go down into the belly and we scan,
Scan,
Scan,
Scan,
Is there any other lumpy,
Bumpy emotional energies?
Now,
Now that we've done the first one,
Or if you're still in the first one,
Stay there.
But if you're ready to move to another one,
Come along.
Let's go.
Okay,
Let's scan,
Scan,
Scan,
Scan.
If the situation or trigger that made you press play to this meditation today happened to be big,
It may have had a few different beanbags connected.
So different emotions may have been touched.
The first one we just did.
Now we go into the second.
Is there any other heaviness in the body?
Is there any other emotion presenting as tough,
As heavy,
As difficult as such?
Scan again,
The body with awareness.
Float through the body and find that stuckness.
Where is this emotion you may be feeling in the body?
It's okay to feel this emotion,
Whatever it may be.
It's totally,
Totally okay.
This reality is for the bold ones,
For the ones that are willing to allow the experience of duality in a very heightened state.
So of course,
These experiences and emotions can be quite intense.
You're one of the bold ones who chose to be able to feel such a state.
It's okay.
It's okay.
It's okay.
It's not your fault in any single specific possible way.
It's just something that needs to be experienced and released.
But the way we release is by feeling it in pure awareness.
And in that pure awareness,
It dissolves in your presence.
Okay,
So now let's go back in.
Where is that second lump?
If there is any,
Let's begin.
Find that shape,
Assign it a shape.
Maybe it's a matchbook.
Maybe it's a telephone.
Maybe it's cotton candy.
Maybe it's fabric all over your body.
Maybe it's a feeling of suffocation in your belly.
Maybe it's a wound on your chest or a knife in your back.
Whatever it may feel like,
Just go on into the shape and the feeling within that shape and that place in the body and breathe and feel.
Breathe and feel like a little airplane of awareness.
Dive right into that space.
It's okay to feel that feeling and let your body shake.
Let your body breathe.
Let your body feel it and release it.
Shake,
Shake,
Shake,
Shake,
Release,
Release,
Release.
Your breath is always your biggest ally,
But all the other various ways that your body can quake or shake or tear or yell or release are always beautifully okay.
It's okay.
It's okay.
It's okay.
You're allowed to feel all of these energies.
They're not permanent.
They are not individually personal.
Everybody's individually personal.
Everybody's felt these feelings before.
They are not unique to any individual.
It's so incredible.
It's okay.
It's okay.
It's okay.
Once you've released this,
You'll know the change has occurred.
Keep breathing as I say this,
But as you're breathing and as you're feeling,
And as you've transmuted this back to pure awareness,
The energy itself dissolves.
That location and that intensity of that emotion dissolves.
The situation that triggered it will feel different.
It doesn't make the situation you experienced previously right.
It doesn't make it wrong.
It just means that the way you will experience it after this beanbag is released will feel different.
It doesn't make it right,
But it doesn't make it as triggered because this feeling will not be in reactivity to the situation.
More clarity will emerge,
And what a beautiful gift to give yourself.
The clarity beneath this emotion is what everyone is ultimately deserving,
But not many people are ultimately living from that clarity underneath the difficult things in their life because they haven't learned how to release the heaviness on top of it.
These emotions,
These beanbags,
These corn cobs,
These apples,
These oranges,
These shapes of emotion that you're feeling within yourself,
Underneath them all is pure clarity,
Pure understanding,
Pure wisdom.
How beautiful.
But we have to release the fruits and the footballs that are on top of that clarity one breath at a time.
So feel into it one breath at a time.
It's okay to feel this feeling.
Shake,
Shake,
Shake,
Shake.
Cry,
Cry,
Cry,
Cry.
Breathe,
Breathe,
Breathe,
Breathe.
Whatever the body needs,
Allow it to transmute through release.
Okay.
All right.
Let's take some deep breaths and feel the energy shift from those two emotional beanbags or whatever shapes you felt them in,
Wherever you felt them is totally beautiful.
Now let's move on to the third one.
Is there anywhere else,
Starting from home base down in the deep space of the belly,
Is there any tension or withholding from the breath or emotions that you can feel right now through any parts of the body?
You can even now at this point,
Bring the situation back up to the mind,
Let the mind go back to that situation that may have caused you to press play.
And in this moment,
Feel into that experience and see,
Is there any heaviness now?
Any heaviness at all?
If there is,
You know the drill,
Go on down,
Go on down,
Go on down,
Wherever it is,
All the way to the ground or all the way to the top of your head,
Feel into it.
And again,
Assign it a shape.
What is the shape?
When the mind gets involved,
It only has stories that connect to the validating of the feeling.
That's the mind's job,
But it cannot pick a shape.
For you to be able to go in and feel the location and the shape that it feels like is your awareness's gift to give you,
Not the reality.
Is your awareness's gift to give you,
Not your mind.
Your mind can do many great things.
It can hear,
It can touch,
It can see,
It can do the five senses of this physical reality,
But it cannot feel the shapes of your emotions.
It cannot feel the locations of your emotions.
Only your awareness can do that.
So you're shifting from mind and mental to pure awareness in the body.
Go into that location,
You know the drill,
Go on in and feel,
Feel,
Feel,
Feel,
Breathe,
Breathe,
Breathe,
Breathe,
And shake,
Shake,
Shake,
Shake,
Quake,
Quake,
Quake,
Quake,
And breathe it all.
It's okay.
This frustration,
This sadness,
This anger,
This hopelessness,
Whatever the feeling,
And then that shape,
Go on in.
It's okay to feel it.
Say,
Bring it on.
Let's go to zero.
If you get 80% out of this,
80% is gone.
If you get 90,
That's the beautiful gift you give yourself.
Give yourself the freedom from this specific beanbag.
The good news is that one goes away.
The bad news is it's not bad,
But it's okay.
There's many,
Many other beanbags as awareness begins to awaken,
To release.
And so the journey begins on the way to freedom.
Breathe.
Feel that feeling.
It's okay to feel frustrated.
It's okay to feel anger in the neck,
In an egg.
It's okay to feel sadness in an elephant in your side.
It's okay to feel a heartache in your heart,
In the shape of whatever it is,
Whatever it is.
It's okay to feel that feeling.
So okay.
You're allowed in every single possible way.
It is not only you that feels this feeling.
And after it's released,
After that feeling is released,
You will have compassion for anyone else who ever,
Ever experiences that same emotion.
The empathy that matches this emotion will have left you.
The empathy of feeling the same thing,
The very exact same thing,
Is not going to be there.
But the compassion for others who also feel this feeling will always stay with you.
It's okay.
It's okay.
It's okay.
It's okay.
We deserve to release these heavinesses inside of ourselves.
It's okay.
Keep breathing.
Keep releasing.
It's okay.
There's nothing wrong with you in any possible way.
Before,
During,
And after this beanbag release,
You are always deserving.
You are always loved.
You are always wonderful.
Now you're just freer without the heaviness of these burdens.
You don't have to take these forward with us.
This is the beauty of life.
We can go through deep experiences and transmute them to wisdom.
Pause the recording if you need to for more time to feel or replay the recording if that suits you.
And as you settle in back into the body,
Thank yourself for giving yourself this time and this space to clear out the inner.
It's totally okay to go through every single thing you've just experienced and release.
This is your greatest gift you can give yourself when you go through hardship.
It's okay.

Feel free at this point to ask your inner voice any questions you might have to understanding why or how,
More importantly,
The inner voice sees the situation that occurred from a greater stance of clarity.
Without those emotions in the way,
It will be easier to hear your inner voice.
You can always ask also,

Am I loved?
Inner voice,
Am I okay?
Inner voice,
Am I safe?
Inner voice,
What do you want me to know about this experience?
Inner voice,
What's your perspective of this experience?
Inner voice,
How come the mind got so upset about this experience?
That is a beautiful one.
Depending on the situation to get a completely new understanding and the level of wisdom on the situation as well.
Often what the mind thinks is the presenting issue versus what the inner voice's responses are can be different.
It's a beautiful place for greater wisdom and clarity.
