Hello my lovely darlings.
We love you so much.
We want to say whatever you're contemplating right now,
Whether it's a lack of clarity,
Which seems to be the case because that's the button you press play on,
We want to say that's okay.
You can feel stuck and still be on your way.
You don't have to worry about the feeling of stuckness within you.
It's not a problem.
It's natural.
It's something that happens to everyone.
It is not just yours.
It is not personal.
It is not punishing you.
It's just something naturally within you.
The feeling of stuckness right now,
That's okay right now.
We're gonna make it okay to feel stuck right now.
Can we say that's okay?
It's okay to feel stuck right now.
Let's just feel the stuckness wherever the feeling is in the body.
Let's go into it presently.
So where are you feeling the stuckness in the body?
Scan the body and listen.
Go down down down into the body and scan for where do I feel stuck.
Of course the head has many many stories to support it stuck feeling,
But where does the feeling of stuckness reside?
Is it living in the chest?
Is it living in your hide?
Is it living in your legs or your belly?
Where do you feel the feeling of stuckness?
Scan scan scan gently like a fine-toothed awareness comb all the way to and all the way through.
Where do you feel the stuckness?
Let's say you feel it in the belly.
Okay.
Or maybe for you it's your neck,
But we're gonna use this analogy any single way.
So pick the location you feel it,
But we'll say for now for the sake of allowing that it's in the belly or maybe the neck.
It's okay.
Whatever that stuckness is,
Try to find the shape behind the feeling of stuckness.
What shape is that feeling of stuckness resisting?
Whatever that feeling of lack of clarity befuddlement.
What shape is that feeling?
A softball?
A crown?
A clown?
A rainbow?
A pencil case?
What shape is that feeling residing in?
It's a feeling in your body,
But what shape does it feel like it is?
Go into that shape,
Whatever it is,
Whether it's the pencil case,
The football,
The magical wand,
Whatever it is,
Go into it and feel the feeling of stuckness,
The feeling of lack of clarity,
The feeling of overthinking,
You name it,
Go into it.
Breathe into the feeling of stuckness.
Breathe into the feeling of lack of clarity.
Breathe into the location in the belly,
Into that magical wand or into that football or into that pond,
Whatever you've got inside you.
Feel into that shape and breathe.
Feel the stuckness and breathe in the location it's residing in.
Take your time.
Don't run away.
Go dive into it in awareness right now.
Feel it,
Feel it,
Feel it.
You're doing fantastically.
We're very happy.
We're holding your non-physical hand as you go forward into this feeling.
That's okay.
It's okay to feel this way.
Your body may shake.
It may shudder.
It may burp.
It may want to yell.
It may want to punch.
It may want to cry.
It may want to breathe deeply and sigh.
Let it all out,
This feeling of stuckness.
Let the vibration release.
Let it transmute.
It may shift.
It may take different shape.
It may move to different place.
Either way,
All is okay.
So feel and follow,
Feel and follow.
Breathe,
Breathe,
Breathe in feeling this feeling of stuckness or its other alternative similarity.
Whatever it is,
Feel into it and breathe.
As you may notice,
You may it transmute.
It may get smaller or shift.
That's the gift.
It goes away.
For clarity to emerge,
We need the feeling of stuckness to flow away.
How do we have it flow away?
We don't push it away.
We don't put it in a boat and say goodbye,
Sayonara.
We feel it and dissolve it right where it's living.
We don't push this feeling away.
We dissolve it away in awareness right now.
Okay.
All right.
So now perhaps this feeling has ceased.
And as we have ceased this feeling,
The new moment.
So as this feeling transmutes,
Feel the stillness beneath the feeling.
If there are other feelings emerging,
By all means,
Pause and take them one at a time.
Take all of the time you need to go through all of the lumps and bumps inside that feel like stuckness,
That feel like questioning,
That feel like unknowingness of what to do.
Those feelings inside you feel,
Feel,
Feel,
Feel where they lumpy next.
Breathe into those lumps and bumps as you feel them in your non-physical space and breathe into them and release and relax as many times as needed.
And as you find a peaceful place with less bumps and lumps,
That's where we're going to go next.
So take the time you need until you get to a place where there's no more major presenting lumps or bumps of stuckness or indecision.
There can still be a general sense of lack of clarity.
That's true.
But we're trying to get to an overall stillness without the lumps and the bumps.
We're going to go to that right now.
Okay.
Let's go down into the ground,
The ground of your belly and listen.
At first,
We're not even going to ask questions.
We're just going to be in our listening mode into this inner sanctuary,
Into this inner peace.
We're just going to be in the peace and listen to the empty,
Beautiful peace that is present.
We're going to listen to the emptiness,
The peaceful feeling of nothing right now.
Let's go there.
No questions asked.
No big revealings answered.
Just the feeling of less stuckness.
Empty,
Beautiful,
Peaceful,
Lack of stuckness.
That's where we are right now.
That's where we are right now.
What a peaceful place to be.
We don't have to decide anything about life right now,
Yet it already feels better than it did moments ago.
No big answers,
Yet peace exists.
How wonderful.
Okay.
Let's ask some questions now and listen for the answers in this deep stillness on the ground of your belly right now.
Inner voice,
Am I okay right now?
Listen for the answer.
Exhales are helpful,
Inner peace.
Inner peace,
Inner voice,
Am I okay right now?
Even without the clarity,
Inner voice,
Am I okay right now?
Even without the clarity of what to do next on the subject or in life in general,
Am I okay right now?
Not from the mind's purview,
But from the perspective of the inner voice.
Inner voice,
Am I okay?
And listen,
Not to the mind,
But into the ground,
Into the ground of your belly.
Okay.
Inner voice,
What do I need to know on the topic of choice,
On the topic my mind is questioning?
Inner voice,
What do I need to know about this topic?
Even one word answers are beautiful,
Beautifully wise.
Even just one word is enough.
You just exhale and listen from this deep place within.
Inner voice,
What do I need to know on this topic?
And also inner voice,
Am I actually stuck?
Am I actually stuck on the subject?
Yet again,
Exhale and listen.
Am I actually stuck or not?
If you hear a yes,
Ask why?
If you hear a no,
Ask why not?
Why am I not actually stuck in our voice?
I feel quite stuck.
That's why I'm listening to this recording.
Inner voice,
Why could it be that I'm not actually stuck,
If that's what you heard?
And if you did hear yes,
Ask why are you stuck?
And listen.
Now,
Yet again,
We're going to ask a new question to our very deep friend,
Into the deepness in your belly.
Inner voice,
Why does the mind feel stuck on this subject?
Inner voice,
Why does the mind feel stuck on this subject?
Whether it's life as a whole or a very specific topic,
Why does the mind feel stuck?
Exhale and listen.
Don't go to the mind's answer.
Go down into the belly and ask and listen.
Why is the mind feeling stuck on this topic?
Okay.
Now,

Is it okay that the mind feels stuck on this topic?
Is it okay?
Inner voice,
Yes or no,
Or something quite different.
Inner voice,
Is it okay?
If you heard a yes,

Why is it not okay?
And listen.

Send that resistance down straight to the ground in your belly and listen.
