Cultivating a practice of appreciation is one of the best mindfulness exercises we can do for ourselves. A simple and free way to check in at any time of the day. In taking years to commit to this practice, I have learned to use this frequency to help boost my mindset and have noticed how it has reflected my routines, decisions, habits, relationships and self-love. May this talk be encouraging and inspiring as you delight in gratitude daily.

The Alchemy of Gratitude Becoming lively in the state of being.

The simple mindful practice and movement of gratitude we all talk about can be forgotten.

Life is busy,

It is fast,

Then it feels slow.

It is in constant flux and flow.

What we cultivate in our everyday lives reflects our routines and decisions.

It influences how we live and manage our behaviors,

Perspective,

Relationships,

Mind,

Body,

And spirit.

All in all,

What we do does change everything.

Bring in the alchemy of appreciation.

Remember,

At any moment we have the ability and permission to pause,

Take breaks,

And return to the natural state of being with our ongoing lives.

It took me years to commit to practicing appreciation and a grateful spirit for everything.

Even my water.

Sounds silly,

I know.

It should be natural.

However,

When we feel life is pushing us around,

We forget what we have around matters.

Use this effective energy of gratitude to support you in raising your frequency.

There is something about it that gets you out of a funk.

Mindfulness keeps you present and in alignment.

Retaining awareness in this frequency is uplifting even when you feel it is not.

It somehow transmits your mindset into a conscious awareness that sends you into a lively state of self.

For a moment,

You seek the slight difference.

We send signals to the universe,

To ourselves,

That we want to expand and see opportunities before us.

Being present with a grateful attitude delivers a favorable time frame,

Successfully achieving time on our side and working in our favor.

We open our eyes and hearts to connect and reach out to what we wish to manifest.

I encourage you to commit to yourself.

Allow the technique to become second nature to you.

Give moments through the day or night to say your gratitude.

Say it out loud to yourself,

On paper,

To something,

Someone.

Nourish this discipline of mindful awareness to change the patterns at command.

Call in a frequency of compassion for ourselves and thus see the changes surrounding us.

Every day,

Embody self-care up to self-love.

Your vibrations of words detect a vast amount of energy that will ripple in and out,

Offering to heal the mind,

Body,

And soul.
