In this EFT tapping session we're going to be reducing any stress or tension that you may be holding on in the body or the mind or just contracting in your heart and all your emotions.

So just take a breath in and then a big exhale out and just feel into that stress and that tension in your body right now.

Just notice where you feel that stress and tension in your body.

You don't need to do anything but notice where you feel it in your body.

And if you could give that stress or tension a rating of intensity where 10 is really at the max capacity of stress and zero is no stress at all,

Just rate that intensity now and just either make a mental note or write it down.

So allowing and feeling into that stress and tension in your body and your mind and your heart and your whole being,

Welcome that tension,

Welcome that stress because now we're gonna tap it out.

Let's start at the side of the hand,

Just tapping on the side of the hand and repeating the setup statement.

Even though I feel really stressed right now,

I accept myself and my feelings.

Even though I'm just feeling so stressed and tense in my body,

I accept myself and my feelings.

Even though I just can't get away from this stress and tension,

I accept myself and my feelings.

So coming to the eyebrow point now,

Stressed,

Outside the eye,

Stressed,

Underneath the eye,

Stressed,

Nose,

Stressed,

Chin,

Stressed,

Collarbone,

So overwhelmed and stressed,

Under the arm,

Stressed,

Top of the head,

Stressed.

Take a breath and let's repeat again.

Eyebrow point,

I'm feeling so stressed,

Outside of the eye,

I just feel so tense in my body,

Under the eye,

Stressed and tense,

Under the nose,

When I think about this I just feel stressed and tense,

Chin,

Stressed,

Collarbone,

Stressed,

Under the arm,

So tension and stressed,

Top of the head,

Stressed.

Just let's take a breath for a moment and a rest point and just breathing in and out and just noticing your body where that stress or tension has diminished or moved anywhere else and just breathe into that point,

Breathing in and out.

And notice the rate of intensity,

Is it still as high as it was before or is the intensity come down.

The goal is ultimately to get it somewhere between zero and two or to a place where you feel less stressed,

Less tense and just calmer and more centered within yourself.

Let's tap again coming to that eyebrow point,

I'm still feeling stressed,

Outside of the eye,

I'm not as stressed as I was before,

Under the eye but I still feel stressed,

Under the nose,

Stress,

Chin,

Stress,

Collarbone,

The overwhelm is reducing,

Under the arm,

Stress,

Top of the head,

Stressed.

Let's go again,

Eyebrow point,

Stressed,

Side of the eye,

Stressed,

Underneath the eye,

Overwhelmed,

Nose,

Stressed,

Chin,

Stressed,

Collarbone,

Stressed,

Under the arm,

Stressed and tense,

Top of the head,

Stressed.

Let's just take a breath in and out and in and out and just notice the rate of intensity again,

Has it reduced from the number that it was earlier,

How are you feeling in your body,

Feeling calmer and more centered.

You can continue with these tapping points for as long as you need until you need to completely feel at ease and having reduced the stress as much as you need here,

Right now,

In this moment.

As you breathe in and out but if you do feel complete and you feel like this session has given you what you needed,

Just take a moment to acknowledge yourself and pause for a few more moments before you resume your day and you can return to this tapping anytime you need,

Anytime you like,

When you notice that stress and tension rising in your mind and your body,

Just tap it out and take a few minutes for calm and reprieve.
