We live in such a busy world, interacting with any number of people and electronic devices on any given day. This meditation will support you to centre and ground yourself using a guided mindfulness meditation and be present in the moment, right here, right now.

Transcript

Be present meditation.

Sit in a comfortable position and ensure you are free from distractions.

Gently close your eyes and turn your attention to your breath.

Notice the natural rise and fall of your belly.

There is no need to change your breathing in any way.

Observe your breath.

Notice any sounds you may hear close by or in the distance.

Acknowledge any thoughts or feelings you may be having and just choose to breathe those thoughts in and let them go as you breathe out.

Be free to focus just on your breath.

Choose to be present today with others,

With your work,

With your family,

Your environment and with yourself.

Say to yourself now three times,

I am present today in every way.

I am present today in every way.

I am present today in every way.

When you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes and slowly embrace your day.
