Hello,

I'm Allison Caswell.

Thank you for joining me here.

Today I'd like to share with you a version of the Micro Method.

The Micro Method is from the Institute of Intuitive Intelligence and this is a simplified version of the Full Method that allows whoever uses it the power for themselves to meet and release fear every day.

This is a wonderful tool to help us clear fears and regulate our state of being and return to the wholeness and truth of who we really are.

We are never afraid for the reasons we think.

Our true fear sits beneath the surface of our conscious reasoning minds.

We can apply this Micro Method to any stressful or fearful state of being to help us release the layers of the fear and return us to wholeness.

So let us begin.

Begin by turning your attention inwards.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Holding it at the top and releasing through your mouth with a sigh.

And again take another deep breath in,

Holding and releasing out through your mouth.

And in your own way bring to mind the feelings or the stressful thoughts that you're looking to clear.

And rate the stressful thought or physical symptom on a scale of one to ten with the ten being the most intense.

And our aim is to bring that number down.

And close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Letting it go out through your mouth with a sigh.

And now place two fingers or the palm of your hand at the center of your chest.

Turn your attention to feelings of gratitude,

Appreciation,

Joy and freedom.

Bring to mind a specific event,

A person or memory or maybe a place in nature that evokes these feelings strongly.

You must give yourself over to this feeling of gratitude with your whole being.

Let it build in intensity.

Allow these feelings to expand,

Filling up with these feelings of gratitude,

Appreciation,

Joy and freedom.

Really allow yourself to fill up with these feelings,

Letting them spread throughout your entire being.

Feeling gratitude,

Appreciation,

Joy and freedom.

And as you hold these feelings,

I am holding you and the infinite is holding us both.

We are exponentially magnifying the power of this unity.

Building this high vibrational feeling of gratitude,

Giving yourself over to this feeling with your whole being.

Allowing this feeling to expand in you with as much intensity as possible.

Now take a deep breath in and letting it go out through the mouth and look around for the stressful thought or physical symptom that you had when you rated it on a scale of 1 to 10.

And when you find it,

If you find it,

Rate it again.

And if the number is above 2,

Repeat the process again,

Placing your hand on your heart and going back in and filling up with gratitude and appreciation,

Joy and freedom.

And this is a method that you can do at any time throughout the day,

Placing your hand on your heart,

Bringing yourself back to heart congruence,

Which is your true state of being.
