Breath Mantra based practice using the ancient mantra Hong Sau. The technique begins with a brief body scan to turn inward, guided meditation practice using silent mental repetition of Hong (on the inhale) and Sau on the exhale. Not controlling the breath. Followed by a visualization for manifesting dreams, goals, and aspirations.

The floor,

Finding that really comfortable upright position where your spine just feels elongated.

Feeling rooted in the chair,

Feeling rooted in your feet.

Bringing awareness to the four corners of your feet.

Can you notice the toes?

Can you feel the heels where they either make contact with your shoe or feeling the floor energetically below them?

Sending awareness up the leg,

Feeling it supported by the chair.

Can you release or sink any further down?

Can you let go anything you've been carrying with you today?

Bringing awareness to the hips,

The very tailbone where the spine begins and feel the length as you bring awareness up to the floor.

You can feel the length as you bring awareness up each vertebrae.

Releasing,

Noticing.

Releasing again.

As you're making your way up the spine,

Noticing the shoulders,

A lot of us are still holding or gripping.

Can you let it go?

Letting the shoulders fall away from the ears and the arms feel rested and supported by the legs or the chair.

Releasing any tension being held in the upper back and the neck.

Offering allowance to the body to just rest.

The jaw,

The tongue falling away from the roof of the mouth.

And the melting of the last expressions on your face.

And the feeling of the crown of your head reaching upwards to the sky.

Allowing energy to come in from this point and go down the spine,

Filling you up.

Bringing the gaze outward and upward behind closed soft eyelids.

And bringing our awareness now to the breath moving within the body.

Those subtle movements.

Are you tensing?

Is it shallow or can you allow a little bit more depth for your breath by letting go?

And you feel it rising in the chest and falling.

And then you feel the breath coming in.

Raising the awareness to where the breath enters in the nose.

You feel the cool breath coming in.

And then you feel the calmness of your breath coming in.

On your next inhale beginning your mantra.

Repeating hung on the inhale.

Saw on the exhale.

At your own pace.

Creating a wave of sound in your mind.

That begins to calm all thoughts.

And as you breathe and notice.

Bringing the awareness to the point between the brow outward.

And focusing to see if you can feel the breath rising up to that point.

Hang sa.

With each breath in,

The energy coming from the crown of the head,

The energy coming from the crown of the head flowing down the body.

Releasing tensions,

Negativity,

Anxieties,

And exhaling them away with the saw.

Releasing tensions,

Negativity,

Anxieties,

And anxieties.

As thoughts pop up,

This is natural.

Release them,

Release the judgement of them,

And return to your hung saw.

Keep lifting your gaze.

Release them,

Release the judgement of them,

And return to your hung saw.

Release them,

Release the judgement of them,

And return to your hung saw.

Release them,

Release the judgement of them,

And return to your hung saw.

Release them,

Release the judgement of them,

And return to your hung saw.

Release them,

Release the judgement of them,

And return to your hung saw.

Release them,

Release the judgement of them,

And return to your hung saw.

Continue the mantra for a few more moments.

Release them,

Release the judgement of them,

And return to your hung saw.

Release them,

Release the judgement of them,

And return to your hung saw.

Release them,

Release the judgement of them,

And return to your hung saw.

Release them,

Release the judgement of them,

And return to your hung saw.

Release them,

Release the judgement of them,

And return to your hung saw.

Release them,

Release the judgement of them,

And return to your hung saw.

Release them,

Release the judgement of them,

And return to your hung saw.

Release them,

Release the judgement of them,

And return to your hung saw.

Today begins a new moon.

Behind that stands creation.

As you have this,

This dream,

This aspiration turns into a little seed in your hand.

There's a garden in front of you and you plant that seed.

Sitting down and being aware of what you planted,

Bringing attention to the breath.

With every inhale and every exhale,

That seed begins to grow into that planted dream,

That aspiration,

That goal.

Explore how quiet you can make your mind so that you can notice those breaths and watch it grow.

Ready to go.

Bringing our awareness to the space,

The space of creation.

Of dreaming.

And that all dreams and goals start as a seed.

Must nurture them water them.

When we do that with affirming and believing in ourselves.

And with that affirm mentally.

Everything is always working out for me.

I'm worthy of achieving my dreams and my goals.

With ease.

Bringing awareness back into the body.

Sending movement to anything that's calling.

Hands,

Toes,

Neck,

Shoulders.

And when you're ready at your own pace,

Gently opening the eyes and coming back to the space completely.
