Hello beautiful people Welcome I'm looking forward today to dive deep with you guys into conscious creation so the five principles of conscious creating first principle Explore and observe In this phase of our conscious creation process We're exploring and observing reality right Many times we don't know who we are We don't know why we're here We don't know why the world is the way it is and This is a time where we can experience a bit of confusion and chaos And also a lot of healing a lot of transformation a lot of Um Looking looking into the wounds of the past looking into our history whether it's our soul history or the society's the world's history And learning a little bit more about our past because I'm going to be honest with you the more we know about our past whether it's our Individual past and what happened in our life since we are born and in even other lifetimes in previous lifetimes The more we know about that the more we also know where we go the more we are retrieving gifts and blessings Because there's lessons that we have learned on this journey and there's challenges and pain and suffering and catalysts That so many of us here and everywhere Have transformed or are still going through at this very moment and these are The things that are here to transform us and to Make us and shape us Into what are we going to be from now on?

Right.

So in this explore and observe period We are getting to know ourselves We are remembering our power We are remembering things from the past that affected us in a certain way Such as again our traumas our conditionings our limitations our beliefs And we are doing the work required To transform this Into blessings Because this is why?

These challenges are there.

I know that so much we want to become Or we want to stay into a place of being victims And finding excuses and blaming the external for where we are And i'm not saying that is not valid Justice Has its own way and it's required at times right but what really helps in these times Is when we look at in our look at ourselves look at our pain look at our things that challenged us really deeply And Be responsible for that to be transformed This is what the point of all of this is When you get to transform these things when you get to say I have a word to say in this I have a choice Then you are taking your power.

You are already stepping into Who you are,

Which is a creator not a victim And even when it's hard even when it's unbearable It would some of us experience pain and illness and stuff that are really really heavy in those moments The same action has to be taken full responsibility And in that process it requires a lot of compassion self-compassion mercy Kindness towards towards yourself first of all be gentle For with yourself and then forgiveness Forgiveness of others who may be inflicted pain on us consciously or unconsciously Forgiveness for ourselves for we didn't know better at that time And also forgiveness for ourselves when we hurt others with our own pain so That's what it means to take full responsibility And then eventually We can also be grateful for these things because we it shaped us into the powerhouse of a being That we are today even when we doubt that even when we don't think we are powerful but we are simply because through us And our vessel is powered By the creator by the power of the creator by the force of the creator that created not just us but everyone and everything all the natural Life all the plants all the animals the entire planet The solar system the galaxy the entire universe is created by a force I'm,

Not saying that the creator is a person in the sky that judges you.

This is not what i'm saying The creator is a force in the creation that shapes and forms Life and such are we And how can you be a victim When you know that how can you accept that When you know you have that power And you know you are made from that power We are wonderful beings.

We are beings of the divine and we are here to remember Okay,

So in this phase of exploring and observing We are testing our reality.

We are going through so much stuff until we realize Wait,

I have something that I want to create I want something that I want to experience And that's the second principle the second phase of this process,

Which is called desire and dream Desire is the spark of conscious creation and we have been taught In many traditions through many Teachings actually that desire is something bad.

There is a sin No,

It's not The creator the creation comes from that energy of desire it desires to experience itself to so many planets and galaxies and in solar system and worlds like planet earth and humans and insects and Natural life and ecosystems,

How can be that a sin?

It's there's a desire behind it There's a desire behind creation and if you cannot own or acknowledge Claim your desire fully Whatever that desire is I want to have a family a healthy relationship I want to write a book I want to Serve and support people in whatever way I want to you know,

I want to do art in music It doesn't matter You have to claim that desire Because that desire is valid that desire is not just valid It's your soul guiding you into the next phase of your creation and evolution and transformation and grow and magic and excitement and fun That's what a desire is So you can allow yourself to dream to daydream about it to daydream about what you want to create To imagine the outcomes how you feel How it makes you feel when you create that how it makes you feel when you experience a certain reality But of course not from a place of attachment we will go through this later but from a place of pure curiosity and excitement Desire and dream is basically the face that We call manifestation Manifestation that's how you that's where we manifest You know,

That's manifestation is just one aspect of a conscious creation process And this is it.

There's a desire and dream is where we manifest when we allow our desire To have deep roots into our heart into our feelings And of course you can create from a place of ego From a place of mind from a place of validation from a place of Not being good enough improving yourself to the world and to your family into whoever right And that of course is a more It's not sinful desire.

Nothing is a sin really It's more of a desire that kind of works against you because it never stops it never ends you always want more there is no When you when you create something from validating that you are worthy When you create from that place What happens?

Is that It's never going to be enough because that's not where your worthiness comes.

The worthiness doesn't come from your creation your worthiness comes From the fact that you are the creator already That the creation decided for you to exist in this very moment in this very body that you are holding On For who knows how many years temporary,

Right?

We were here for a while and then we go And then we come back But you got my point So that's where you source your worthiness from And then you would have no problem creating whatever wants to be created through you whatever wants to be desired to be created And so this is a Big thing that we have to discern Where do I desire from?

That's when The issue can come up And It's not really an issue because we are exploring we are experimenting I personally also created from from validation you know when I was younger I used to be with One of the most beautiful woman I could be because I through her I felt validated,

Right?

I felt like I'm worthy I have value because i'm with a beautiful woman and then having the card that I wanted And so on all the way until all of these things were stripped away from me completely Until I get it,

Right And when I say stripped away I've been to the point of homelessness.

I've been in so many rock bottoms that I cannot count on the fingers of my hands Because my desire was coming from a place of validation From a place of i'm not yet good enough and that never ends you will end up reaching a wall at some point a bottom for many We've all been there we all have been to rock bottoms so there's no shame in that at all actually we can learn so much from it All right So,

Yes make sure your desire comes from your Connection with the creator from your connection with the creator and the creation as well From being in harmony with life with the natural law with the divine And your desire will transform into blessings and miracles And I say this because I experienced this as well and i'm here experiencing it on a Very regular basis and i'm grateful and blessed for that and I want the same for everyone Because it's possible and we can live a life from that place This is where we're going this is why this whole awakening journey is all about Now let's go to the third principle of the conscious creation process And that is Create and play as simple as that If the second phase was about manifestation and desiring and allowing yourself to feel what you want to bring into the world This third phase of create and play Is when you are actually engaged and involved deep In the process And this is why I call it play because it actually is a play We have made the creation process very serious very heavy at times where we are like,

Oh,

I don't have energy I'm exhausted.

I'm tired.

I don't know what to do.

We are approaching it from the wrong place We have to approach the creation process from playfulness And to give an example This is the phase where let's say you have been receiving a vision of writing a book Now in this creation in this create and play Phase what we do.

We are actually taking action on that process we are sitting on our laptop or taking our Notebook and we are starting to write we are immersed into the creation process Right and This is the phase where most people give up of their creations This is the the thing about this I'm gonna tell you why And say oh,

It's so intense.

I don't know how to write a book all of these stories well Because when you're when you're writing you're actually connecting with that Frequency of being the creator and the inner child who's excited about it That's What is creating is your inner child who is creating but because we have been conditioned In the past our inner child was suppressed and conditioned to only be in a certain way to only act in a certain way To only do certain things Then we have forgotten Our joy our playfulness our excitement in the process And so when we are in our 40s 30s 40s And we are coming back into you know I want to write a book about my life or whatever it is.

I want to create a coaching program program and support all people You Will experience this sabotaging and and doubts Narratives in your own mind and stories of how you're not worthy How you're not good enough how this this and that and that how you're doing it wrong how you don't have enough?

Credentials and Certifications and qualifications to do it and so on and so forth because we have been trained since early age into this weird limited educational systems That simply Suppresses more than liberates more than it teaches you things I'm not saying that all of it is wrong.

No,

But there's an obvious part of it a big amount of it.

Well We have been Disconnecting from ourselves because of educational systems wired in survival mode wired in Hustle and go and you know eight hours a day learn for for so many years like 20 years,

Right like A lot of time almost 20 years to graduate from college and then do what?

Become a Become,

You know working someone else's job You don't even get that job because you don't have experience and so on and so forth.

You see how rooted how?

Rotten At the root this whole educational system can be so something has to change a lot there right,

And so I Would love an educational system when people ask me My teachers ask me.

Why are you here for what is your purpose?

What are you excited to create?

That's the educational system I want That's what we should build on this earth That's the schools that we should build on this earth And of course we learn all about life and all about the mechanics of life and whatever we learn about this planet and why?

We are you know how how to live our lives here?

What is to expect here?

Absolutely But we should learn how to create here the most This is where the gold is Coming from and we haven't been doing that almost none of us I think is there anyone here that has been taught at the early age of seven or eight or ten or whatever?

How to create if that if there is such person I want to see Please speak or remain silent because Unfortunately,

We are all Affected by this right nothing nothing really happened unless we've been born in a family that were living in in Very conscious healthy ways and they they've been educating us Differently none of us know Right,

And so this is the family.

We are called to build and create from now on actually So Yes in this process of create and play our inner child is the one that took the most hit from trauma from things from abuses from conditioning from programs from limitations from the past and So that is also Where we have work to do so that we can Move on without creation said so that we don't sabotage them so that we don't wake up in the morning And say I'm not worthy today.

I I don't feel like Like doing this because you know the inner child the wounded part of us screams for attention And when that happens,

We have to also love that part of us hold that part of us Assure that part of us that is okay right now.

It's okay,

And we are responsible now for what we are doing and And We are approaching it differently.

We owe that to our inner child,

Right?

That kind of assurance and love And so Yeah This is the part where most people fail to finish their projects Unfortunately,

Unfortunately,

This is the truth Maybe 90% of people that start some creative project that have a big dream They want to become successful doing what they love.

This is where they stop.

This is where they give up This is where they doubt Well,

I'm here to say and to be proof of that Which is that you can Outgrow This challenge and I'm also here to say that all the challenges that you experience all the catalysts all the struggles in your life are There for you to help you out grow it They are they are there for you to look into it and see and feel what doesn't feel,

Right?

In love yourself to that process and choose differently Do a pattern interrupt and Let your soul be at the steering wheel of your life Not our Ego,

Not our wounded aspects.

They can be on the passenger seat warning us for danger right because Let's let's honor the let's honor those aspects in ourselves as well The ego the lower says because everyone vilifies and demonizes these parts But these are the parts that keep you safe for from relationships from opportunities that are toxic You know,

These are the parts that we all needed in order to understand the duality of life the polarity the pain the darkness the distortion And once we do Then we can become even more powerful creators You know why I'm telling you why guys because If you want to be a creator a powerful creator,

Then you also Have the power to destroy And if you give power to someone That is not healed properly someone that is Have has Psychopathic tendencies because of their trauma or whatever narcissistic sociopathic whatever terms whatever we call them doesn't matter someone that has Evil tendencies,

Let's put it that way then you know what you create Maybe you can guess it current world leaders Leaders of societies and countries who shoot missiles at each other At 7 a.

In the morning because they feel like somehow they have it the right to do that They have the entitlement to do that.

So that is the power of the destroyer that is not integrated Because a destroyer who is integrated,

You know what that destroyer does He is destroying his own Limitations he's destroying Through love His own patterns that are outgrown in things that keep them Stuck in things that Doesn't serve anymore.

This is how you use the energy of destruction You use it on yourself when you see that you're playing small or when you see that Whatever limitation of Why you're not good enough is still there in your energy and You do it with love You're just saying enough.

I'm gonna love you properly and from here on you don't have to lead my life anymore I am in charge.

My soul is in charge.

The Creator is in charge And Then we see miracles and blessings in our lives That we haven't even thought they are possible That we haven't even imagined we haven't even desired in the second phase of the process That's how beautiful life can get We are so we are Surprisingly And Shockingly Empowered by by life by the Creator In ways that we haven't imagined we are blessed beyond belief and That reality is possible.

That is the reality of miracles when sometimes even just being who you are is enough to receive Even wealth and abundance and money and anything I Personally Every single penny I make is being who I am 100% I Actually,

If I'm trying to be something else,

I'm not making any penny.

I'm going to bankrupt bankruptcy.

That's where I'm at I can only be myself 100% in my own integrity And Utilize the soul gifts that the Creator in life gave me and gives me every single day to empower other people This is the only way I can work with people this is the only way I work and this is the the this is the way I receive Abundance and prosperity in a form of money I'm gonna say it as it is because I know we have so many taboo stories and limitations about money But we all work for money.

We're all selling our soul for money at the same time But for me the way out of this money is the problem kind of thing and I have to work for it and be You know in survival mode was to really actualize my soul gifts and leave from that place 100% This was the way for me And so I'm super grateful for money and for flowing abundantly into my life in ways that I haven't not even yet imagined to be possible and I'm waking up every day,

And I'm asking how can this get get even better and Money is one thing but joy abundance nourishment Relationships that really really matter that really are nourishing on all levels that expand me and grow Make me grow and I do the same in return We become givers Become when we leave our soul gifts and who we are we are becoming givers We are giving ourselves into the world and we receive tenfold for that Such is the reality that everyone can experience All right,

Let's speak about the fourth principle in the conscious creation process which is Integrate and detach So I've been shown actually a few days ago I've been doing a prayer and I've been shown that in every single night before I go to sleep.

I Have to detach and let go of everything Everything including my business including my work including my creations including my partner including my friendships Everything full circle Why Life show me that if I let go of everything doing the sleep time my mind is at peace and I rest and I'm open.

My channel is open and when I sleep I actually get Rejuvenated properly.

My batteries are fully charged And I simply receive energy.

I receive inspiration I receive life force that next the next day I can invest in all the things I'm passionate about in all the things that matter to me in my Connections in the people that I love in the projects that I'm excited about in my business in everything in my growth in my transformation This is why it's super important to detach And this is how Detachment Detachment actually serves us right?

It doesn't mean you cut and separate It means you are Letting in the right connection with yourself so that everything from there is Nurtured and nourished like we cannot give from an empty cup and Often we attach to our creations we attach to the creation process Let's say we are writing a book and we are about let's say we wrote 10 chapters And then we're like,

Oh my god,

I have a writer's block.

I don't know what to do from here I have no inspiration.

Maybe it's not right.

Maybe I should let it go We create so many stories same in a relationship You reach a point where there's conflict and you don't know how to go through that and it keeps repeating and keeps repeating You need to let it go so that you are being shown how to move through that process Right,

So we have to first Detachment is one thing but integration is another Everything that we have invested In a creation process every energy every bit of energy We have invested in a creation process where there is a book where there is a partnership where there is a family Where there is a business anything We have to also integrate that so that it becomes who we are it becomes part of who we are Instead of being that external thing we are working on Right,

So it's important to learn how to integrate at the same time and allow that to be part of you Not you but part of you Because that's when you can actually utilize it.

That's when you see the shifts in reality That's when you are,

You know,

Every creation process.

It's actually about us.

It's about us expanding It's about us Becoming a little bit more.

It's a natural evolution process Not not not becoming more that we seek as validation But rather than becoming more based on our imprint in this world based on what we give into this world We are becoming more As simple as that we can hold more we can hold more power more energy The Creator God the divine wants to utilize is us in a more impactful way All right,

So it's important to integrate all of those pieces instead of being sad about it or Thinking that oh,

I'm not yet what I want to be well,

Then integrate what you have learned so far and then move on and Same comes with a book.

I wrote this book right?

I showed you I wrote this book When I finished it There was parts of me who are like wow I want to sell it now to 1,

000 1 million people and become a millionaire selling my book And that was my agenda that was something I had to detach from because Life had a different story a different journey.

This book actually was not selling as I expected But those who reached it those who had it They called me after four chapters crying that it changed their life so that they learn something powerful or being grateful for what I'm sharing And so I understand that every creation process has its own Timing has its own,

You know,

It's almost like planting a seed when we are planting a seed We are not gonna dig into the earth to see if that seed Is growing right you cannot force a plant to grow You don't just dig in there and oh,

I want to control the process and I want to control how the seed is gonna grow No,

What we do we trust We trust we let the seed in the soil.

We trust we water the soil We remove the weeds anytime we need to And just let it go Let it go and let it let it grow as one of my friends says So this is applying for anything this is why it's important to integrate detach integrate detach to allow the process to happen and when you also Slow down and allow to happen.

Guess what?

Then you're gonna see a bigger vision You're gonna see a bigger perspective of your process You know You're gonna understand a little bit more and therefore you can come in with even more inspiration even more power even more energy Towards the creation process,

Whatever it is So this is why this is super important and it's something that to give an example Back in the days in Hollywood Remember that everyone was rising was was going so fast to the peak of being famous and known Worldwide for the music or the movie or whatever and then they had a dark time Right after that it was a dark time going down and hitting the bottom again That's because they didn't integrate it the journey and also because they attached To the image to the outcome of who they are and what they are so bad without integrating We don't want to do that you can You can so much save your energy and yourself in this process when you understand how important this face is.

I After you create it,

This is the most important thing you need to do Otherwise you're gonna go through hell depends how big your creation is and you don't wanna you can avoid that and don't let that scare you because If you have created Already something that is powerful the universe life the creator has a way of holding you to the process But this is just for you to understand and know what to expect to have a map the structure okay,

So that you keep your mind can relax a bit more into it and know what to do in those moments and Finally we reach the last principle Which initially I called repeat repeat only but now I like to call repeat and master What is this principle all about this principle is about Understanding that that the creation process is an infinite process That never ends it always happens So you need to repeat this process all over again with anything that you're doing in your life This is a process that constantly repeats This You can see this pattern in nature in the way a Fruit is growing Right it the tree bears fruit for a season goes down best fruit again Goes,

You know down into I don't know winter time if you're in a winter area or maybe a time there It nourishes itself basically that's what happens It nourishes itself with minerals with the soil with everything or it takes a break completely and then it bears fruit again So we are the same We are no different same with a whole earth cycle is the same thing with a seasons or with The galactic cycles the way the solar system moves around the galaxy is the same thing.

There's eras and cycles But the thing happens and it happens again and again That's the pattern of life Constantly creates and evolves and it's each time.

It'll be different and there's different Experiences.

It's so intelligently made this way.

It's it's beautiful.

And so the mastery in this right is How much you get to enjoy this process?

How much fun you have?

In your journey how much excited you are for everything that you are creating It's not about how other people perceive what you're creating it's not about the world It's about you if you decide to have a family to make a family to build a family Do you do it because you're excited to be a father and a mother or do you do it?

Because you want to have kids because society told you that way Do you know what I mean?

If you want to write a book,

Do you do it because you want to prove yourself and the journey you've been through?

Or do you do it because you love writing or maybe both it can be both too But I'm just saying like be intentional about the process and make sure you enjoy enjoy the journey That's the most important thing If you don't enjoy the journey if I will write that book without enjoying it You will feel that you will feel my frustration You wouldn't write you wouldn't want to buy a book that is made with frustration Wouldn't you?

So the mastery which is a continuous process as well is in how much we enjoy it How better can we do it next time?

How much ease can be next time when we create something?
