Thank you for being here today.

Thank you for taking the time to reward yourself with self-love and self-care.

You deserve it.

I would like you to get as comfortable as possible now.

Lying down,

Maybe with a pillow underneath your head and your knees,

Your hands limp and loose by your side.

Make some last adjustments before you settle into whatever position makes you feel the most relaxed.

Feel your body sinking into the support beneath you.

Once you have found your space and you've settled in,

Close your eyes.

Notice where you've just arrived and give yourself permission to just be here.

Before we start,

Take the time now to notice how you're feeling at this time.

Your mood,

Your energy,

Which thoughts are present in your mind.

As you've given yourself permission to relax,

I would like us to set a sankalpa for this meditation,

A committed intention.

You can repeat this to yourself in your heart or simply listen to my words.

I am the embodiment of inner peace.

I give my body the relaxation and rest that it deserves.

I am the embodiment of inner peace.

I give my body the relaxation and rest that it deserves.

I am the embodiment of inner peace.

I give my body the relaxation and rest that it deserves.

As we continue our meditation tonight,

I'd like us to take the time to breathe.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in.

Hold it.

As you exhale,

Feel your feet and legs becoming heavy.

Take another slow,

Deep breath.

Hold it.

While you hold your breath consciously,

Relax your shoulders and chest.

When you exhale,

Feel the center of your body becoming heavy.

One last slow,

Deep,

Relaxed inhale.

Hold it and exhale feeling your shoulders,

Neck and head becoming heavy on your bed and pillow.

When you are ready,

I'm going to ask for you to let me guide your imagination.

If you feel like you might drift off into sleep,

That's okay.

Imagine a warm,

Bright ball of light in front of you.

The purpose of this light is to cleanse.

Imagine that this light is a light that is easily absorbed into the body.

Take a deep breath in,

Inhaling this light into your nostrils,

Inhaling it into your mind.

It massages your mind and brain.

Like a magnet,

This white light attracts all unnecessary thoughts.

And as you exhale,

You are exhaling a gray dust along with any emotions that are not currently benefiting you.

Inhale once more,

Letting this light keep cleansing your mind and maybe let the light travel throughout your body a little further,

Collecting tension,

Cleansing your muscles from the day.

Exhale gray dust,

Exhale tension,

Exhale anything that no longer serves you.

Keep inhaling this light into your body wherever tension needs to be cleared.

Exhale away all of the thoughts,

The analyzations,

The to-do lists and the expectations.

Now is your time to rest and relax and let go.

You deserve it.

I am the embodiment of inner peace.

I give my body the relaxation and rest that it deserves.

I am the embodiment of inner peace.

I give my body the relaxation and rest that it deserves.

I am the embodiment of inner peace.

I give my body the relaxation and rest that it deserves.

I am the embodiment of inner peace.

I am the embodiment of inner peace.

I am the embodiment of inner peace.

I am the embodiment of inner peace.
