Good and welcome.

It is our great pleasure to join you once again and to discuss the topic of forgiveness.

You as a species have quite a complex relationship with something that is divine grace,

Which is your birthright and which is something that you will become in love with,

We think.

This idea of forgiveness,

Allowing yourself to drop into your physical body now,

Feeling the weight of yourself upon the chair on which you sit or the surface upon which you lie,

Allowing yourself to feel very supported by gravity.

Good.

As you become free,

As you become a sovereign being connected to source,

Soul embodied,

And as you begin to understand more and more what this means inside of your own experience,

We think that you will find forgiveness to be one of the sweetest experiences.

The heart opening and melting toward another human being,

Seeing with eyes of love,

Seeing with the eyes of your soul like an angel might have love for you.

Good.

And so we think that you will find that as you become more embodied as your soul,

That you will begin to see with eyes of love,

Similar to how you might view a beloved child,

Similar to how we,

Your guides and the angels that support you view you with unconditional love,

The appreciation for the beauty of your expression and for your learning.

And so if you think about a small child who is learning to walk,

You are not hurt or insulted.

You do not create a wall between you and the child when the child falls down as it is learning to walk.

You simply laugh or have some sympathy and either help the child or let the child figure out on their own how to write themselves and take the next step.

And eventually you witness with joy and celebration as the child transitions into walking on his own.

And so from our perspective,

This same approach applies to any grievances,

Any hurts that you may have experienced that on one hand,

If you're choosing the perspective of the ego,

It is very easy to be right to feel that the other person wronged you or hurt you.

And it may be true that something was done to you that was unkind,

Hurtful to you.

If you are able to see that your fellow human being is doing the best that they know how and that they are learning and that they are also in their own process of becoming more and more embodied as their source,

Perhaps at a different rate than you,

Perhaps at a different phase of development than you,

But still the same as you.

Good.

And so the same also applies for self-forgiveness.

That there are times when you make mistakes,

When you make poor choices,

When you hurt other people or when you hurt yourself.

And so we'd like to assist you in shifting your seat of consciousness to this place where you understand that you are just learning to walk and that it is okay to fall down.

And that as you surround yourself with other loving and compassionate human beings,

Human beings who are embracing their own beauty and radiance,

Filling themselves with the light and the love of their own soul,

That they have the capacity to love you and see you,

That you are just learning and that you are bound to fall down from time to time.

It is part of the process.

And so this physical example of a child learning to walk is actually quite useful to you as you make your way,

As you grow,

As you try new things and as you succeed and as you fail.

We do not see falling down as a failure.

We simply see it as feedback that that particular type of step wasn't in alignment with your goal.

Good.

And so once again,

Bringing your awareness to your body,

To the sensation of your hips sinking into the surface upon which you sit,

Allowing your legs to vibrate or feel stimulated,

Your feet to open,

Perhaps having a sense of a flow of energy moving down through your legs and feet into the earth.

You could imagine tendrils like roots,

Tender shoots moving into the earth's soil,

Not anchoring so much into the earth,

But establishing a connection of dynamic exchange with the earth.

Good.

Bringing your awareness to your second chakra,

Below your belly button.

Good.

And you can imagine this as you have learned in other studies,

Or you could imagine a little point of light or seed of light just in front of your spine,

Vibrating and resonating and bringing your awareness to your solar plexus now in the middle of your body,

Just under your rib cage.

Good.

Allowing yourself to be drawn to that area in your body.

And once again,

You can imagine it as you have in other traditions or as a simple seed of light in front of your spine.

Good and bringing your awareness now to the center of your chest,

To your heart chakra.

Again a little seed of light is fine just right in front of your spine.

And you could imagine how these seeds of light or beads of light,

You could imagine them like a string of pearls,

That they are perhaps dynamic,

They are resonating,

They are luminous perhaps,

That they are beginning to resonate with one another so that the heart and the solar plexus and the second are beginning to come into vibrational harmony and alignment here.

And you can find that seed in your root as well and make a connection here,

A connection with these deep roots that are moving into the earth,

With the connection of the chakra centers or seeds.

Good and bringing your awareness once again to the hips,

Having the sense of letting go,

Perhaps taking a couple of breaths and letting this alignment settle.

Bringing your awareness once again to your heart,

Feeling that connection through your abdomen and torso,

Down into your legs,

Into the earth.

Again not anchoring into the earth but having more of a sense of dynamic flow and exchange of rootedness that is dynamic.

Good.

Very good and bringing your awareness to the top of your head,

To the crown.

And just gently softening and opening,

Perhaps adjusting your posture.

Bringing your awareness now to the center of your head.

Good,

A little seat of light here,

Allowing yourself to connect the sixth chakra in the center of your head with your crown.

The little beads coming into vibrational alignment,

Good.

And so now bringing your awareness to the sixth and also to the one in your heart,

Which is the fourth.

And as if these two beads are rotating or vibrating a little bit more actively and noticing how they are stimulating and activating your throat chakra.

A little bead of light in the area of your throat and that the heart and the head are inviting good.

This throat chakra to come into vibrational resonance.

And so you could imagine that as you are coming into resonance here at this level of the chakras,

Which is closer to that level of your soul,

Allowing your body and your system to digest some of the subtle energies and to integrate that into your physical body.

That we are assisting you in aligning your heart and your mind and your voice here.

That you could begin to think that your expression is your soul's expression and your eyes are your soul's eyes.

And your heart is expanded and rooted in love,

Unconditional love,

Soul love.

Good.

And so just taking another moment to think about those deep roots and this alignment from top to bottom inside of your own system.

And you can imagine that you have a luminous boundary about you,

Your space,

Giving yourself plenty of room so that it is comfortable.

Imagining that luminous and smooth boundary.

And you can even imagine this golden stream of energy coming through your crown so that you are very stable and aligned.

You are nourished with the light of your own soul and greater consciousness here.

And so having a sense of this spaciousness,

This freedom,

And also containment for your physical self,

We would like for you to imagine that someone is approaching you.

Just allowing them to come as close as you are comfortable,

Giving yourself plenty of room and also giving them plenty of room.

This is somebody who would like forgiveness.

And so just noticing your response to that,

This soul,

This person would like to be forgiven for a mistake,

For having fallen down while trying to walk.

And so just looking at them with these eyes of love,

Noticing once again your deep roots,

Noticing your own system,

Bringing all of your awareness back to your own system.

Are you still aligned,

Resonating and harmonized?

Does the introduction of this person cause you to fall out of alignment?

Just noticing.

It is okay if it does.

It is again just like falling down.

And so you just get up again.

That is fine.

And if you are able to hold the alignment,

That is wonderful.

Just noticing and bringing yourself good back into alignment if you need to.

And then just looking at this person,

Not making a decision about whether or not you are ready to forgive them.

Just good looking.

Imagining perhaps hands of light on your heart.

Hands of light perhaps on your third eye in the back of your head and neck.

And imagining perhaps a tone coming from deep within you that is your soul's note that is beginning to express through your throat.

You can do this aloud or you can imagine this.

Just imagining a stream of light that is very pure and beautiful ushering forth from your throat,

From your voice.

That actually your mind and heart are joining.

That your mind and heart and voice are infused with the love of your soul as you express,

As you extend your heart to this person and as you look at them with eyes of love.

Just being open to the possibility here that you might see them a little differently.

And so looking out once again,

Giving yourself more space if you like to see them farther away or distance between you.

And just noticing what you notice about them,

Perhaps they might be ashamed or angry or hunched over,

Collapsed.

Perhaps they are radiant and free connected to source standing naked before you.

I am human.

Forgive me,

Please.

I made a mistake.

I didn't mean to hurt you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

And so just noticing how you feel in your heart,

Hands of light,

Helping you to open your heart,

Seeing this person perhaps clearly.

And we are not suggesting that you not speak your truth or that you not stand up for yourself or that you not have feelings of anger or rage even.

But these are your responsibility to feel and to process.

And when you are ready,

Good.

When you are ready,

Good.

Feeling your roots,

Bringing all of your awareness back to yourself,

Your own space,

Noticing if you are still in alignment and harmonized or if anything has gotten out of whack.

Even if everything is aligned and harmonized,

It is a good practice to beautify your energy,

To amplify the harmony,

To smooth your energy.

So just once again,

Bringing your awareness to the sensation of your hips being supported.

Notice your back being supported by gravity.

Taking a couple of deep breaths,

Allowing your root and your second,

Good,

And your second chakra and your third chakra and your heart chakra,

Your fourth chakra and your fifth,

Good,

And your sixth and your seventh to come into alignment once again.

You can even bring your awareness above your crown,

Finding a sense of a crystal or another chakra above your head and allowing all of this to come into alignment.

Having the sense of a luminous boundary about you connected to your source,

Connected to the earth.

You are safe inside of this space and you are free to respond,

To perceive in a way that is in alignment with your greater good,

With your truth.

And so just looking out once again at this person,

Perhaps allowing a stream of light to usher forth from your heart,

Transparent soul love,

Moving from your heart to theirs.

You are neutral.

You are not going to them.

You are in your own space and you are allowing your love and your energy to flow purely through you,

Your soul's light and energy,

Your source,

That which you truly are.

Good.

Seeing them,

Bringing your awareness to your third eye,

The center of your head,

Perhaps allowing a stream of energy to flow from this place as well if you feel drawn,

Pure and clear,

And then just bringing your awareness to your throat,

Allowing it to be stimulated.

And if there is anything that you would like to express to this person,

To this soul at this time,

Allowing yourself to do so,

Allowing a stream of energy to flow from your throat,

Perhaps an image or words or thoughts that you would like to share with this person about where you are right now.

Good.

Very good.

You may be ready to fully forgive them or perhaps you made some baby steps today towards forgiving them and that is fine.

You can do this process with anyone at any time.

Thanking them for coming,

For asking you for this,

For giving you the opportunity to liberate your own energy,

Any energy of resentment that you might be holding inside of your own system,

Blocking the flow of your own soul's light and love,

Nourishing you,

Bringing you into the present moment.

So thanking this person for giving you an opportunity to be liberated,

To be free.

Good and feeling that joy of the opportunity to be free,

To let go of any of the burdens,

Resentments or things that you have been holding on to for whatever reason and to whatever degree that you are ready to let them go.

Thanking this person and allowing them to dissipate in your awareness and allowing the golden stream of light coming through the crown of your head,

Washing down through your body to help release and open and wash away down into the earth.

Good.

Anything that you no longer wish to carry,

Energy that you wish to release to make space for more of your soul's light and love to fill you,

To nourish you,

To bathe your cells and organs,

Energy pathways,

Thoughts and beliefs,

To come into alignment with your true nature,

To help create space for your life purpose,

For your most beautiful expression in this world.

Good.

Very good.

And so just beginning to let that go,

This is going to continue happening now as angels are coming and guides are coming,

Placing hands of light about your body,

Just allowing yourself with your imagination or in your real physical space to lie back into their arms,

Allowing them to work with your energy in such a way as to assist you to release that which you are ready to release and assist you in integrating these new energies,

This new influx of soul light into your body.

As you forgive,

You will find the sweetness of the liberation.

You will find yourself liberated into a place of presence and fullness of your soul's light where you are able to live more clearly moment to moment and where you will be able to see with the eyes and the heart and speak with the voice of your soul in every interaction and encounter with your fellow human beings.

And as you do this more and more,

You will experience increased health and wellbeing,

Increased aliveness,

Increased joy and peace as well.

Very good.

And so allowing yourself just to be held,

Taking some deep breaths,

Allowing your physical body to sink into the surface on which you sit or lie supported by the steady tone of gravity.

Good.

Taking as much time here as you like,

Resting and integrating.

And with that for now,

We wish you so much joy and pleasure on your journey.
