Vagus Nerve Stimulating Sound Healing (Live Session Rec)
The intention of this sound healing meditation is to stimulate the Vagus nerve. The Vagus nerve is important for our general health as it sends parasympathetic signals to help us calm down, relax, and relieve anxiety. As it can be accessed through our ears it's very important to use a headphone during this session. At my last live session, this intention was suggested, mostly because of post-COVID reasons.
