Allow yourself to sit in a comfortable seat,

It's okay to give yourself permission to slow down.
There's no place to be right now except for where you are in this moment.
So give yourself permission to drop into the peace and wisdom of your heart.

Feel the inhale breath,
Feeling you up,
Giving you lots of spaciousness inside of your belly,
Lots of prana,
Life force energy.
Hold the breath for a moment.
Let's saturate the space around your heart.
And then as you begin to exhale,
Pull your navel back towards your spine,
Letting the breath reach out to connect with the peace and wisdom of the universe.
Pull the exhale breath out and slowly begin breathing in again.

Connecting with the peace and wisdom of your heart.
Inhale breath,
Connecting you with the peace and wisdom of the universe.
As you begin to relax a little more,
Your shoulders begin to drop away from your ears.
There's a softness in the body.
The hands begin to relax more.
Start to sense that everything outside of you is holding space for you so that you can enter back in to the realms of deep peace.
Everything around you is holding space for you.
Give yourself permission to drop deeper into your body,
Into your essence,
Into your soul.
This mind of yours,
Ready for more ease,

Desiring to connect back into the space of the soul.
It's through the heart that we access this deeper part of ourselves,
This formless part,
This formless self.

Nestled within the cradle of your heart,
Your soul gently waits for you to arrive.

Taking breath deep into your belly,
Up into your chest,
Surrounding your heart with breath,
With more life,
Bringing breath into throat and into face.

The darkness of the cosmos.
