Somebody could be a lush forest,
A tranquil beach.
Picture the surroundings.
Notice the colors,
Textures,
And scents all around you.
Bring your attention to your mind.
Visualize your brain as a vast,
Intricate network of pathways and connections.
Imagine these pathways lighting up like a web of sparkling threads.
Each thread represents a thought or a behavior.
Focus on the intention of setting and reinforcing healthy boundaries.
See these pathways growing and forming new connections.
Imagine each new connection strengthening your sense of empowerment and self-respect.
Visualize them glowing with vibrant energy,
Symbolizing your commitment to honoring your needs.
As you observe these neural connections forming and strengthening,
