Welcome friends.

During perimenopause and menopause,

Shifting hormones can often lead to brain fog,

Making it feel harder to concentrate,

To remember,

Or to even process thoughts clearly.

This meditation is designed to support you through those moments,

Using breath and visualization to help clear the mental haze and restore a sense of focus and calm.

Let's tap into your inner clarity and reconnect with the vibrant energy within.

Together,

We will sweep away the mental haze and create that space for clarity.

Begin by finding a comfortable seat where you can remain still and at ease.

Once you're sitting comfortably,

Make sure your feet are flat on the ground.

Here,

I want you to really feel the surface beneath you.

Feel it supporting your weight,

Connecting with the earth.

Now,

Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet,

Extending deep into the earth below you.

These roots provide stability,

Connection,

And nourishment.

Take a moment here to just let your breath flow naturally.

And as you inhale,

Notice the steady energy rising up from these roots.

And with each exhale,

Feel yourself releasing tension and becoming more grounded.

Let your shoulders soften,

Your hands rest on your lap or your knees,

Palms facing down for stability.

Feel your body settling into this moment,

Fully present and supported.

Take a deep inhale through your nose.

Draw in clarity and fresh energy.

Hold this breath for just a moment at the top,

Allowing it to expand in your body.

Then exhale fully through your mouth.

Imagine you're releasing all that mental clutter and fog.

Let's repeat this together.

Inhale deeply.

Hold for a moment.

Exhale completely.

We'll continue this pattern for a few more breaths on your own.

And remember,

Each inhale brings in focus.

With each exhale,

Clear away distraction.

Now close your eyes and imagine a gentle,

Refreshing breeze sweeping through your mind.

This breeze carries away any lingering haze,

Clearing the space where your thoughts reside.

Visualize the fog lifting,

Revealing a bright,

Open expanse filled with light.

See your thoughts moving freely and fluidly in this space,

Organized and vibrant.

Allow yourself to rest in this open clarity.

Imagine this space being filled with positive energy,

Focus,

And a sense of ease.

With each breath,

Feel this vision growing stronger.

Now,

Silently or aloud,

Repeat this affirmation.

I release the fog.

My mind is clear.

My thoughts flow with ease.

Say it again,

Letting these words settle deeply into your awareness.

I release the fog.

My mind is clear.

My thoughts flow with ease.

Feel the truth of this affirmation growing with each repetition.

Let's take one final deep inhale through your nose,

Drawing in light and energy.

Hold and exhale,

Fully releasing any remaining tension or mental haze.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Bringing this sense of clarity into the rest of your day.

Carry the confidence that you can return to this practice anytime you need focus and ease.

Namaste
