This year has been tough for many if not all of us,

But it has also taught us that we are resilient souls For this special podcast episode.

I wanted to give you all A meditation to cultivate creativity and prosperity for the upcoming year A gift from me to you Merry christmas and a happy new year beloved Find a comfortable position Whether that is seated or lying down Be sure to find a position where your body can relax and be still for the next few minutes during this practice If you find that you need to shift do so with mindfulness and calm Close your eyes and place one hand on your tummy and the other hand on your heart Take a deep breath in through the nose In through the nose and a big sigh out of the mouth Do that one more time take a bit a deep breath in through the nose And a big sigh out of the mouth Now bring attention to your breath And breathing in through the nose to the count of four And exhaling through the nose to the count of six Bringing your attention to your breath paying attention to the sensations of your body as you inhale and exhale Breathing and exhaling deeply And breathing and exhaling deeply With each exhale releasing anything that no longer serves you Releasing anything that happened yesterday Anything that happened before this meditation and everything that needs to happen after your practice today?

Staying present in the now with your breath Your energy and bringing the attention in Inwards now let your breathing become slow and even Relaxing the head your forehead your cheeks your tongue your teeth your jaw Your neck and shoulders Breathing in seeking deeper into your space Breathing Relaxing the torso your hips your legs and feet Breathe deeply and feel the energy from your body connecting you to the sky above and to the earth below And to the earth below and to everything in between so you become one with existence Now bring your focus to your crown chakra our connection to our higher self the universe wisdom god And what you may call sacred Whatever that may be Connect to that to give gratitude for your life your health your purpose and your journey Knowing that you're always connected to this higher consciousness when you feel alone frustrated anxious and afraid Breathe in deeply through the nose And allow your body and mind to connect with this blissful union with source and enlightened wisdom Now vision a white light coming down and illuminating down into your head and the rest of your body Taking a slow breath into your heart center and feeling your heart Expand and the light within your heart becoming brighter and brighter Now setting the intention to receive love abundance good health creativity opening your soul to receive Breathing the energy and intention in all areas of your body Allowing whatever vision words images thoughts feelings allowing them all to come to you Allowing them all to come to you What is it that you would like to create or receive?

You have the power and you have the potential to allow the manifestation and creation of that vision Being open to whatever comes to you and trusting in that Bring your attention back to your breath and placing one hand on your belly and the other hand on your heart Take a deep breath in through the nose And a big sigh out of the mouth Bringing attention to your heart offering your gratitude and giving thanks for whatever has unfolded for you Knowing that we are connected to infinite wisdom A wisdom we can tap into at any time to feel grounded love at peace and present Presence breathing in through the nose and exhaling out through the nose When you're ready place your hands in Anjali Mudra also known as pray your hands And bow down to your hands giving thanks for this moment this experience keeping the focus inward Gently open your eyes and allow your body to move in a way that feels good to you I hope you enjoyed this meditation Namaste
