Transcript

Find a comfortable position.

Let your shoulders drop.

Take a deep breath in and let it go.

Now let's take seven intentional breaths to slow down your thoughts and make a little room between you and your anxiety.

Inhale for one.

Exhale for one.

Inhale for two.

Exhale for two.

With each breath,

Imagine your anxiety floating away.

Your energy,

Your focus,

Your calm.

Inhale for three.

Exhale for three.

You are not your anxiety.

It's just a visitor.

And you get to decide how long it stays.

Inhale for four.

Exhale for four.

Let your body soften.

Feel your feet on the ground.

Your chest rise and fall.

Inhale for five.

Exhale for five.

Inhale for six.

Exhale for six.

One more breath together.

Inhale for seven.

Exhale for seven.

As you breathe out,

Remind yourself,

I can feel anxious and still be in control.

I can feel anxious and still find peace.

Some anxiety is healthy.

You're doing enough.

You are enough.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.
