You have many tools inside of your body to support you in the process of increasing your concentration and awareness. One such tool is your breath. Travel within your breath and use your breath to light your path.

I invite you to take this moment and give yourself two gifts.

A gift of turning inward and a gift of feeling.

How many times do you breathe and never think once,

Wow,

I hope I breathed five minutes ago?

It is assumed you breathed because you are breathing now at this moment.

Perhaps then at that moment you were holding your breath.

At this moment you are breathing your breath.

Your inhale is inhaling.

Your exhale is exhaling.

Feel your breath.

Tune inward.

Travel inside your breath.

Perhaps you have been holding your breath.

Maybe you just introduced your body and your mind to your breath and became aware of your breath holding capabilities.

Being aware of holding your breath is just as important as being aware of breathing.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Feel within each of your breaths there are nuances,

Beauties,

Colors,

Invibrancies wrapped in a blanket of possibilities and then suspended within a uniformly revolving kaleidoscope of wonder.

A wonder of the possibilities in your breath.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Travel deeper within.

Inhale.

Feel the subtle explosion of possibilities with each of your daily approximate 23,

040 trade exchanges,

Carbon dioxide and oxygen.

Exhale.

Feel your breath leaving your body,

Expelling slowly as if you are breathing through a straw,

Slow and deliberate.

Feel one subtlety within one breath or between breaths.

Feel any bodily shifts within a single breath.

Tune inward.

Notice.

Inhale.

Exhale.

There may be one body part that responds differently to the in-breath than to the out-breath.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Now,

Move from within you.

Deep within your breath.

Travel outside of your internal breath to other spaces within your body.

We are beginning our journey from within our in-breath to within our out-breath and beyond.

And now transition from inside your body to outside of your body.

Now as you've traveled from within your body to outside of your body,

Expand your awareness to include your outside world.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Feel.

Breathe your breath into the possibilities this moment holds.

I invite you to allow your light to shine for a moment through the power of your breath.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Let your light shine.

Let your light shine.
