Explore MeditationI am by vocation a storyteller with a passionate interest in just how stories contribute to health and well being. I have a background in mental health nursing, counselling and working with a number of healing modalities including family behaviour therapy, hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming, EMDR amongst others, but recently my work has been focused on how we create and co-create our sense of identity and well-being through the stories we are told and that we tell.
