Spend a few moments experiencing this light moving through you.
Bring someone to mind who may be experiencing their own sense of lack or need.
See the light within you expanding,
Overflowing,
Effortlessly moving toward them heart to heart,
Pouring from your heart center to theirs,
Until they too are surrounded and filled with this peaceful radiance.
In this act of extending this light,
Nothing is lost.
Instead,
Giving expands what is truly present and can never be depleted.
Notice how the boundaries between giver and receiver become less and less distinct as this network of benevolent light extends,
Spreading outward,
Traveling across the world.
Moving from person to person,
Place to place,
Dissolving barriers,
Filling every heart with light,
Peace,
And a deep sense of trust.
Every perceived lack is being met by love,
As this wave of light continues to flow further.
To friends,
Family,
Strangers,
And communities,
To those unseen,
Forgotten,
Or hurt,
Until the entire earth glows with shared sufficiency.
Rest in this field of peace for a few moments.
Separateness is fading away,
And together,
In the same golden field of light,
Healing,
And wholeness.
When we give from a heart filled with genuine compassion,
This kindness is continuously replenished.

The joy and gratitude for participating in this miracle fills our being.

Nothing real can be threatened.
Nothing unreal exists.
Herein lies the peace of God.
