In A Course in Miracles,
A miracle is defined as a correction in perception,
An inward shift from fear to love,
From separation to unity.
A miracle does not create something new or change external reality.
The miracle reminds us that if our mind sees fear or separation,
It is false.
The second principle of miracles states that miracles,
By themselves,
Do not matter.
The only thing that matters is their source,
Which is far beyond evaluation.
As miracles arise,
What is most important is not the miracle itself,
But the source from which it arises,
God,
Our Father.
Miracles serve as expressions or reflections of our source.
The true value of a miracle is found in reminding us of our connection with God,
Reminding us of our shared identity as spirits,
Not in the external effects of the miracle.
A miracle is indifferent to the specific problem it addresses,
Because,
To our source,
All illusions are equal.
All illusions can be healed in the same way,
By recalling truth.
Prepare for meditation.
Take a few deep breaths to help relax the body and mind.
Remove all expression from your face.
Let the tension go from the top of your head down to your feet.
As you notice each breath,
Become aware of a willingness in your heart to allow miracles.
You are not looking for miracles.
You are not searching for outcomes,
But opening up,
Surrendering to the Presence,
To our source,
From which all miracles arise.
As you rest in this stillness,
Say to yourself,
Repeat in your mind,
After me,
Miracles,
As such,
Do not matter.
The only thing that matters is the source of miracles,
Which is far beyond evaluation.
Notice a vast,
Silent Presence is now all around you,
Within you,
A boundless field of soft golden light,
Brighter than the sun,
Gentle,
Warm.
There is no edge,
No barrier,
Only infinite space filled with peace and a peaceful,
Healing intelligence.
As you bask in this light,
Notice how any tension,
Worry,
Or sense of separation simply dissolves,
Being compassionately absorbed into this radiant field of golden light.
There is only unity,
Only the pure Presence,
The source of all miracles,
Connecting with your heart,
Linking you directly with our source,
With our Father.
If your mind wanders to thoughts of specific problems,
Or to miracles you desire,
Say in your mind,
The source of all miracles is all that matters.

Let's spend a few moments in this endless Presence,
A Presence that loves you,
Heals you,
A Presence that asks nothing of you except to be received.
There is nothing you must do,
There is nothing to attain.
You are not separate from this Presence.
You are this vast,
Loving Presence at the core of your being.
Let peace,
Gratitude,
And the joy of our source,
Of our Father,
Fill your being.
As we return to the present moment,
To time and space,
Know that unchanging peace is always within,
Embracing every moment,
Every challenge,
Every gesture of forgiveness and compassion.
So take a few breaths to establish the waking state.
Nothing real can be threatened.
Nothing unreal exists.
Herein lies the peace of God.
