ACIM Lesson 259 Contemplation
"Let me remember that there is no sin." This lesson emphasizes that the concept of sin is fundamentally flawed, as it implies that our actions have irreversibly altered our true nature. It teaches that nothing we have done has actually changed what we are at our core - the holy Child of God. The lesson encourages us to recognize that sin is merely a surface-level smudge rather than a deep-rooted corruption, and that accepting our inherent innocence opens the way to abundance and health. It concludes by suggesting that remembering there is no sin allows us to accept our own perfect innocence and that of all creation, recognizing that any evidence to the contrary is merely an illusion created by our minds.
