Lesson 191 I AM THE HOLY CHILD OF GOD.

In this meditation,

Nothing is required except a relinquishment of everything that clutters our mind.

Quieting our mind gives us freedom.

I will wait while you still your mind,

Relax your body,

And prepare for meditation.

Give these times of silence to your inner teacher,

Your higher self,

Who instructs in quiet,

Who speaks of peace.

Give these times of silence to the teacher who gives your thoughts whatever meaning they may have.

Permit no idle thought to go unchallenged.

If you notice an idle thought,

Say to your mind,

This thought I do not want.

I choose instead,

I am the holy child of God.

Now as we are connected with our higher self,

Say to yourself,

Say in your mind,

I am not a body,

I am free.

I am still as God created me.

I am the holy child of God.

In silence and in true humility,

I seek God s glory,

To behold it in the child whom he created as myself.

Ponder on this.

Give these times of silence to your inner teacher,

To your higher self.

Your higher self instructs in quiet.

Your higher self speaks of peace.

Give these times of silence to your teacher who gives your thoughts whatever meaning they may have.

Put aside all you think you know.

I seek to behold God s glory in the child whom he created as myself.

Nothing real can be threatened.

Nothing unreal exists.

Herein lies the peace of God.
