Sat Naam,

This is Abigail here and today we will do a meditation that is helpful for healing,

Addiction and habits.

First let's bring our palms together in front of our heart space.

Take a nice deep inhale through your nose.

Exhale out your mouth.

Begin to rub the palms together.

And return to stillness.

And we will tune in.

Inhale.

Aum Naam O Guru Dev Naam O Aum Naam O Guru Dev Naam O Aum Naam O Guru Dev Naam O Inhale.

Press the palms together.

Reach through the crown of your head.

And exhale.

Release your hands.

And here we will curl all of our fingers in so that our fingertips,

The pads are touching the palm of our hands.

Our thumbs stay out.

And we'll bring our whole thumbprint to our temples.

Here we close our eyes.

And we begin to gently clench our back molars.

And following a mental repetition of a mantra.

The mantra is,

Sa,

Ta,

Na and Ma.

So begin to rhythmically clench your molars,

Mentally repeating the mantra with our thumbprint on our temples.

Relax your shoulders.

And keep your breathing nice and slowly in and out through your nose.

And we will begin.

Nice and slow rhythm.

Aum Naam O Guru Dev Naam O Aum Naam O Guru Dev Naam O Last 60 seconds here.

One more.

I'm tired of this.

Inhale through your nose.

Hold the breath in,

Sit nice and tall and exhale.

Release your hands on down,

Rest them on your knees and return to your natural breath.

And once more we'll bring our palms together in front of our heart space.

We will close out with three long sat nam.

Sat nam,

Sat nam,

Sat nam.

Thank you so much.

Enjoy your day from a nice sense of ease and staying in control and feeling at peace.

Felt kind of silly at first but left an intense effect. I suggest you review the initial chant for those who may not be familiar with it. Also a repeat of the mental chant before you start would help.
