Sat Naam,
Abigail here and together we will practice the intelligence meditation.
This allows us to have the clarity and the intelligence to make sound decisions during these pressurized times where there's information overload and our senses are taking in so much every day.
Let's bring our palms together in front of our heart space and tune in.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Inhale.
Inhale.
Inhale.
Inhale.
Press the palms together,
Pull the root lock and sit up nice and tall,
Reaching through the crown of your head and exhale.
Now we'll be sitting in a comfortable seat,
Perhaps you sit cross legged in easy pose.
And we will bring our peace fingers,
Our middle and index fingers out like we're doing the peace sign.
And we'll have our elbows tucked in closely to our rib cage and our fingers are just above our shoulders sitting comfortably reaching through the top of our head,
Our crown.
And all we're doing is we close our eyes and it's opening and closing those two fingers,
Opening the pointer,
The index and the middle finger.
Go ahead and begin.
And as we open and close our fingers,
We breathe naturally in and out through our nose.
Relaxing in to the posture.
Relaxing into our seat.
And at this moment,
Awaken your imagination and imagining the planets,
Saturn and Jupiter coming together and apart with each movement of your fingers.
So nice and slowly opening and closing your fingers,
Calling in the energy,
The Saturn energy,
The Jupiter energy.
Saturn is associated with our middle finger and Jupiter with our index finger.
They hold the frequencies of these planets.
We release our fingers up as a starting form.
And as we're meditating on these planets,
The movements of them together in a part synced with our fingers,
Making sure our breath is nice and slow in and out through our nose.
And as we're meditating on these planets,
The movements of them together in a part synced with our fingers,
Noticing if we're holding tension in our jaw,
Consciously releasing the clench,
Parting our molars,
And focusing on the opening and closing together and a sense of our fingers and imagining those two planets,
Saturn and Jupiter.
And as we're meditating on these planets,
The movements of them together in a part synced with our fingers,
Noticing if we're holding tension in our jaw,
And experiencing the opening and closing together and experiencing the closing together and experiencing the closing together.
And meeting any discomfort in your hands in this posture,
Meeting it with kindness and grace and shaking our hands out should we need to,
And then coming back to opening and closing our fingers.
When we feel discomfort in Kundalini yoga and meditations,
It pressurizes our subconscious mind so anything that is outdated can come up and be released.
This is also releasing childhood anger.
And begin now to as you open your fingers wide,
We'll inhale through your nose and exhale when your fingers come together in and out through your nose.
Ales.
Congratulations.
And keeping our fingers spread apart,
We'll move to breathing in and out through our mouth with an O-shaped mouth.
And we'll do breath of fire,
Equal in,
Equal out,
In and out through our mouth.
Breathing in and out through our mouth.
And inhale.
Hold the breath in.
Squeeze your body.
Sit up tall.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Inhale.
Hold and squeeze.
Exhale.
Last time,
Inhale.
Hold the breath in and magnetize all the qualities you want to express throughout your day.
And exhale.
Relax your hands.
Put them on your knees and make some circles with your neck.
Move slowly in one direction.
And as you do this,
Open and close your mouth.
And pause in the center.
And switch directions.
And come back to center.
Shake out your shoulders.
A few shoulders shrugs up and down,
Forward and back.
And we'll meet with our hands pressed together in front of our heart space.
And we will close with three long sat-nams.
Inhale.
Sat-nam.
Sat-nam.
Sat-nam.
