So I invite you to begin to allow your spine to lengthen and find a comfortable position seated or lying down.

It allows you to sink your tailbone just a little bit more towards the ground or your toes and lift the top of your head away from your pelvis inviting space between each vertebrae.

Allow your length to be relaxed as your spine is long and strong.

Begin to allow your breath to deepen as each breath in fills your stomach allowing your belly to expand.

Imagine that you are breathing in healing energy,

Light,

Love,

Whatever you need to receive in this moment.

And as you breathe out,

Allowing your navel to draw in towards your spine,

Imagine that you are releasing,

Letting go of any thoughts or emotions that do not serve you in this moment.

Breathing in deeply,

Imagining that your breath fills not only your lungs and your belly,

It's expanding out to fill every pore,

Every cell,

The top of your head,

The tips of your fingers and toes.

And as you breathe out,

Let every last molecule of air be released,

Giving it that extra push,

Imagining that you're not only emptying your belly and your lungs,

But you're also releasing anything that needs to be let go of from every cell through every pore.

We'll take three long breaths together here.

I'll count us down to the first and we'll breathe in for a count of five and we'll breathe out for a count of seven.

I'm counting down to the first in breath of five,

Allow your breath to return to whatever pace feels good.

Allowing our out breath to be a little bit longer than our in breath.

That drops us into our parasympathetic nervous system by signaling our body that we are safe and we can allow ourselves rest.

Notice how it fills in your body as your lungs expand and contract.

Drop your attention into your heart space,

The home of your lungs and of your strong and beautiful heart.

See if you can drop the whole of your attention into this space,

Allowing yourself to be present with your breath and with your heart.

I invite you to offer your heart,

Your gratitude for all of the physical work that it does,

Oxygenating your blood,

Pumping this life-giving resource through your body without rest for your entire life and for all of the life you have yet to live.

Thank you.

And I invite you next to offer your heart,

Your gratitude for all of the emotional work that it does.

For all that you have loved and for all of the love you have allowed from others,

From the world,

From the universe.

And know that you are loved and know that you express love.

And most importantly of all,

Know that you are an embodiment of love.

You are love.

I invite you to reflect on how you might hold this deep sense of love in your body,

That with this deep knowing in your body,

With this felt sense,

You might also know mentally the truth,

That you are an embodiment of love.

How might you find moments to remember as you go through your days,

As you encounter the world and all of its beauty and also its sometime difficulties?

How might this deep sense in your body right now serve you as a center,

As a grounding point,

As a means to come back to your center,

To your love?

That you might walk in love,

That you might speak with love,

That all that you hear might be transmuted to love,

That all that you see might become beautiful.

How might you use your love to empower your life so that when harsh words or difficult experiences come,

You can stand strong in love,

That they might slide right by or be transmuted or simply bounce off whatever is necessary in the moment for highest growth and highest good?

And how might you also offer yourself grace,

For we are human and there will be moments when we forget,

When we are knocked a bit off our center,

When we forget,

How might you empower yourself to remember,

To come back to your center,

To come back to your center?

I offer your breath,

Your beautiful mind,

Your beating heart,

How might you use these tools to bring yourself back to love,

Back to your center without judgment,

Without self-condemnation or recrimination?

That you might simply sigh or chuckle and offer yourself grace,

That you are human and you have remembered and you are choosing to come back to center,

To center,

To come back to love,

To offer yourself love,

So that you might offer the world your love.

I invite you to feel gravity holding you in this moment,

As it is always there to support you.

I invite you to imagine how deep your energetic roots drop deep into this earth,

Down to the core,

Down to the center,

Remembering that you can choose to draw energy and empowerment so that you might hold strong,

Deeply rooted in love.

And I invite you to bring your attention to the very top of your head,

Known as the Bao Hui point in Chinese medicine,

And imagine a tingle in that spot,

Connecting you to the divine above,

Knowing that you can draw energy and healing and strength through this connection,

Empowering you to deeply connect to divine love.

And imagine as you breathe in that you are drawing strength from the earth and you are drawing healing from the heavens and they are meeting in your heart and mixing and empowering and beautifying and strengthening.

And as you breathe in,

Draw love through both of those channels into your heart.

And as you breathe out,

Let it expand like a mist,

Feeling every cell in your body.

And know that this is always available to you.

You can breathe in love,

You can breathe in strength,

You can breathe in healing,

And you can breathe in peace.

And I invite you only when you are ready to hold on to this deeply felt sense of love.

As you likewise begin to invite back in the world around you,

Notice the sensations on your skin,

The temperature of the air,

Notice what you smell and what you taste.

Offer gratitude for these senses.

Begin to notice not only the sound of my voice or the beating of your heart,

But any sounds around you stretch your hearing,

The space around you into the spaces beyond.

Notice the patterns on the back of your eyelids.

Begin to incorporate the outside world as you hold fast to the peace and beauty and love within.

And only when you are ready,

I invite you to open your eyes and notice your surroundings.

And allow yourself to be present,

Loved,

Loving as one.

Thank you.
