How are you today?

So,

I just want to remind you that every day is an opportunity to love.

Every day is an opportunity to love.

We have these thoughts and they come and they go.

And we are the one that notices them.

We are the one that's behind the thoughts.

And the one behind the thoughts is you.

The thoughts come and go.

You always stay.

So if the thoughts come and go,

You are not the thoughts.

You are the bigger space.

The wider consciousness.

The witness.

The bigger you that watches the thoughts come and go.

And that bigger you is always loved.

Well,

Good.

I know sometimes there are feeling states that accompany the thoughts.

Perhaps a thought is a tripwire and then it becomes a full body experience.

And it feels like you are the thought.

And it's harder to just fall behind it and notice it because it takes you over.

Almost like smoke in a room or fog.

But if you are behind even that,

You have the wisdom to change something for yourself.

If you can.

If you can't,

It's okay.

It will pass.

Sometimes taking a walk or talking to a friend,

Playing with your dog or cat.

Just going outside and noticing the tree,

The sky,

Your breath is enough to reset your system.

Every day is an opportunity to love.

You are loved.

Always.

Forever.

Eternally.

Loved.

Breathe in.

And out.

Breathe in.

And out.

Slow down and deepen your breath.

Feel your feet on the ground.

Your heartbeat.

Notice the heart beating.

The temperature of the air in the nostrils on your inhale.

On your exhale.

Breathe deep.

In.

And out.

Breathe in.

And out.

Feel your feet on the floor.

Notice your heartbeat.

See the objects in your room or outside.

Notice them in the greatest detail that you can find.

Listen.

What can you hear?

Breathe deep.

Inhale.

Exhale.
