Welcome.

Let's take a few minutes to relax and reset.

Sit comfortably with your hands in whatever position feels best.

If you'd like,

You can gently close your eyes or find a spot in front of you to focus on.

Take a deep breath in,

And slowly let it out.

One more deep breath in,

And slowly release it.

Imagine your mind as a jar of glitter.

This jar has been shaken up.

The glitter swirls around,

Just like all the thoughts and feelings you've experienced today.

Take another deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Picture the glitter beginning to settle.

Watch it gently fall towards the bottom of the jar.

With each breath in,

Feel a sense of calm spreading through your body.

With each breath out,

Release any tension or worry,

Letting it drift away.

Notice how the glitter settles more and more with each breath,

Leaving the jar clear and still,

Just like your mind.

Take one last deep breath in,

Filling your whole body with calm energy,

And exhale slowly.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

You're doing great.

Let's carry this sense of peace with us as we move forward.

Remember,

You can return to this moment of calm any time you need it during the day.
