Welcome to our mindfulness meditation session.

Please find a comfortable position where you feel relaxed.

Whether you're sitting,

Lying down,

Or even standing,

Ensure your comfort.

Once settled,

You may softly close your eyes,

Inviting a sense of calm.

Let's start by focusing on the body.

Notice the sensation of your body in your chosen position.

Feel the gentle pull of gravity and the areas of contact between your body and the surface supporting you.

Pay attention to these sensations without trying to change them.

Just be present with what is.

Now turn your attention to your breath.

Observe the natural rhythm of your breathing.

Notice rise and fall of your chest.

The air moving in and out of your nostrils or mouth.

There's no need to alter your breath.

Just witness it as it flows naturally.

As you continue to breathe,

Recognize any thoughts or feelings that arise.

In mindfulness,

We observe our thoughts without judging and getting entangled in them.

If you find your mind wandering gently,

And without judgment,

Bring your focus back to your breath.

This act of returning to the breath is a practice of mindfulness itself.

Now let's deepen our awareness by expanding it outward.

Beyond your body,

Beyond your breath,

Become aware of the space around you.

Sense the air on your skin,

The sounds that float to your ears,

And the energy of the space you occupy.

You are a part of this space connected to the present.

Now let's cultivate a sense of compassion.

With each breath,

Imagine drawing in kindness and peace.

With each out breath,

Imagine releasing any tension or judgment.

This cycle of breathing in kindness and exhaling tension fosters a deep sense of compassion for both yourself and the world around you.

In this moment of mindfulness,

Let's also embrace acceptance.

Accept your thoughts,

Feelings,

And bodily sensations as they are.

There is no right or wrong way to feel.

There is only the reality of this present moment.

Your mindful practice is about being present with whatever arises without resistance or judgment.

As we continue,

Let's gently shift our awareness back to the physical body.

Notice any changes in your sensations or emotions.

Mindfulness isn't about achieving a state of calmness,

But rather noticing whatever is present,

Be it calm,

Restlessness,

Happiness,

Or anything else.

As we approach the end of our meditation,

Start to bring gentle movements into your body.

Maybe wiggle your toes and fingers,

Roll your shoulders,

Or gently move your head from side to side.

These movements help to reconnect with the physical sensations and ground you in the present moment.

When you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Take a moment to notice how you feel.

Carry this sense of mindfulness and presence into the rest of your day.

Remember,

Mindfulness isn't confined to meditation.

It's a practice you can bring to every moment in your life.

I'd like to thank you for joining this guided meditation session.

May you move through your day with a sense of peace,

Presence,

And compassion.

Namaste.
