Welcome to this five minute breathwork session to boost your energy.
Take a moment to find a comfortable seated position with your feet flat on the ground and your spine tall.
Place your hands gently on your thighs or knees and let's begin.
Take a deep breath in through your nose filling your lungs completely.
And exhale sharply through your mouth.
Let's do that again.
Inhale deeply.
And exhale fully.
Feel your body begin to wake up,
Your posture straightening,
Your shoulders rolling back.
Now we'll move into an energizing breath called breath of fire.
Here's how it works.
Take a deep inhale through your nose.
Exhale quickly and forcefully through your nose while engaging your lower belly.
Your inhale will happen naturally after each exhale.
Let's try it together.
Take a deep breath in.
Exhale fully.
And begin.
Keep a consistent rhythm.
If this feels intense you can slow down the pace.
Let's continue for 30 more seconds.
Feel the heat building in your belly and the energy spreading through your body.
Great job!
Let's transition to a three-part breath for smooth and revitalizing flow.
Inhale deeply into your belly letting it expand.
Then breathe into your rib cage feeling it widen.
Finally fill your chest completely.
Now exhale fully,
Releasing from your chest,
Ribs and belly.
Let's try that again.
Inhale into your belly,
Ribs,
Chest.
And exhale completely.
One more time.
Belly,
Ribs,
Chest.
And exhale.
Feel your body waking up full of fresh energy.
As you breathe naturally now,
Let's repeat a simple affirmation to energize your mind.
Say to yourself as you inhale,
I am energized.
And as you exhale,
I am ready.
Inhale,
I am energized.
Exhale,
I am ready.
Repeat this with each breath.
Feeling the words fill your body with power and motivation.
Take one final deep breath in through your nose.
And exhale fully through your mouth.
Open your eyes slowly,
Roll your shoulders back and take a moment to notice the energy flowing through you.
You're ready to take on the rest of your day with clarity and focus.
Thank you for joining me for this breathwork session.
I will see you soon.
