Welcome to Yoga Nidra in Avalon.

Go ahead and lie down in Shavasana.

Let your body be fully supported by the earth.

Let your legs and arms fall open and your palms turn upward,

Receiving.

Allow your eyes to gently close and bring your awareness inward.

Take a full deep breath in and sigh the breath out.

Let your body begin to melt into stillness.

This is your time to rest,

To remember,

And to return.

Take a moment to align your mind with your heartfelt intention.

Your sankalpa,

A short statement about the present,

Something your soul longs for.

Whisper it gently to yourself three times.

Now we begin to move through the body.

Let your awareness follow my voice.

Stay relaxed and alert.

And try to remain still.

Move your attention gently from each body part.

We'll begin on the right side,

Bringing your awareness to your right hand thumb.

Point your finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

And little finger.

Aware of your palm,

Of the back of your hand,

Of your wrist,

Your forearm,

Your elbow,

Your upper arm.

Awareness of your shoulder,

Your armpit,

Your side body,

Waist,

Left hand,

Left foot,

Right hip,

Your thigh,

Your knee,

Shin,

Ankle,

Heel,

The sole of your right foot and the top of your right foot.

Your right big toe,

Second toe,

Third,

Fourth,

And fifth toe.

Now bring your awareness to your left hand thumb.

Point your finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

And little finger.

Your left palm and the back of your hand,

Your wrist,

Forearm,

Elbow,

Upper arm,

Shoulder,

Armpit,

Your left side body down to your waist,

Your left hip,

Your thigh,

Knee,

Shin,

Ankle,

Heel,

The sole of your left foot and the top of your left foot.

Your left big toe,

Second toe,

Third,

Fourth,

And fifth toe.

Now bring your breath and awareness to the back of the head,

Shoulder blades,

Spine,

Sacrum,

Awareness of your forehead,

Eyebrows,

Eyes,

Cheeks,

Lips,

Chin,

Throat,

Chest,

And belly.

Your whole body as one.

Stillness,

Awareness,

Resting.

Now bring your awareness into your breath.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of the belly,

The rhythm of the inhale and the exhale.

Effortless,

Steady,

Let the breath be your anchor as we begin our journey.

Imagine now that you stand at the edge of a sacred forest.

Mist coils around the trees like ancient breath.

The air is alive with magic.

You begin walking deeper into the forest,

Following the sound of flowing water.

A gentle river guides you toward a shimmering lake.

The lake glows under the moonlight,

A place outside of time.

You kneel by the lake's edge,

And from the water,

A radiant figure emerges,

The lady of the lake.

She is robed in silver and blue.

Her eyes are ancient and deep.

In her hands,

She holds a sacred sword,

A symbol of clarity and truth.

She offers you her gaze.

Let her energy fill you with integrity,

Courage,

And discernment.

She speaks.

Take only what is true and lay down all that is not yours to carry.

Receive her blessing.

Feel her sword of truth pierce your heart.

Pierce through illusion.

Just then,

The wind stirs.

The sky darkens.

From the trees comes the morrigan.

Cloaked in black feathers,

Eyes like storm clouds,

A crow lands on her shoulder.

She is the guardian of shadow,

Sovereignty,

And prophecy.

She is not here to frighten you,

Only to awaken you.

She circles and says,

Face what you fear,

And it will fear you no more.

Let her fierce compassion show you your hidden power.

What needs to die so something new can be born?

Trust her,

And let something fall away.

You now walk to a stone circle.

Where a great cauldron simmers over a fire,

Here stands Keridwen,

The great sorceress of wisdom and change.

Her eyes burn with knowing.

She gestures for you to look at the cauldron.

Inside,

You see symbols,

Fragments of your past,

Dreams,

Doubts,

Desires.

Keridwen speaks,

All things must dissolve to be reborn.

Step into the mystery.

You take a moment and offer something into the cauldron.

A habit,

A belief,

A version of yourself you've outgrown,

And you watch it dissolve.

You receive a vision of who you are becoming.

Now,

As you look up,

The sky is vast and filled with stars.

Floating above the lake,

You see a luminous wheel turning in the sky,

The silver wheel of Arienrod,

The weaver of fate and stars.

She descends like moonlight cloaked in silver and places a star in your heart.

She whispers,

You are made of stardust and rhythm.

Trust the spiral.

Trust the cycle.

Feel her celestial energy awaken your inner knowing,

The deep pattern that guides your soul's path.

The goddesses now surround you.

The Lady of the Lake,

The Morrigan,

Keridwen,

Arienrod.

They offer you their gifts,

Truth,

Power,

Transformation,

Wisdom.

Bow to them in gratitude.

The mist gathers.

The mist gathers again,

And you begin to walk back through the forest,

Carrying their blessings in your heart.

You begin to return to your breath and feel the rise and fall of your body.

Feel the ground beneath you.

Begin to move your fingers,

Your toes,

Deepening the breath.

And when you're ready,

You can remember your sankalpa,

Your intention.

Speak it again as a seed now planted.

Remembering.

If you would like,

As you gently begin to open your eyes,

You can repeat,

I am aligned with the wisdom of my soul.

I carry the strength of the goddesses within me.

I am whole.

I am guided.

I am enough.
