Welcome,

Beautiful woman.

This is your time.

Take a moment to adjust your rest nest,

Making it as comfortable as possible.

Do you have a quiet space?

Does the temperature feel good to you for resting in?

Do you need a blanket or a cushion under your knees for support so your lower back can feel supported?

Perhaps a scarf or an eye mask to put over your eyes to sink deeply into your inner world.

Do you have a headset or earphones in for your personal choice of volume?

Is there anything you can do to make it even 5% more comfortable?

Go ahead now and gently close your eyes if not already closed.

Begin to settle into your body in whatever way that means to you.

Maybe a slow breath in and out.

A yawn or a stretch.

Now take a slow,

Deep breath in all the way from your toes.

Feel it travel through your heart space and up to the top of your head.

Then release the breath back down through your heart all the way down to your toes back into the earth.

And again,

Breathing in all the way up through your heart and up to the crown of your head.

Then breathing out traveling down through the heart back to the earth.

Continue in this way breathing in and upward as you feel fresh oxygen filling your lungs and then releasing,

Moving back down along your spine.

Breathing in and out up and down.

On the next inhale,

Breathing in relax your shoulders soften your limbs then exhale dropping deeper and deeper into your body.

The goddess of rest is calling.

Feel her with each breath as she draws closer.

Pixie Lighthorse says allow me to restore and soothe my senses under the midnight moon or on the soft sand of the shoreline.

Calm the space around my voice box the hands I gesture with when speaking the spine that works hard to hold my body upright.

Nourishing deep rest now silently say to yourself very gently I will not fall asleep I will remain awake if you do fall asleep it's ok there's a part of you that is always awake and will hear my voice go ahead now if you wish and create an intention for yourself today a sankalpa,

A personal vow and positive statement said in the present tense like it's already happening something that moves you towards a way of being or a quality that you'd like to amplify in your life let it rise naturally without effort if you don't feel an intention arriving a question to ask yourself might be how would I like to be spending my time and living my life an example might be I am a well rested radiant woman imagine your intention now visualize it and let it flow throughout your whole body feel your intention in your whole body now silently repeat your intention to yourself three times embodying each word as a sacred prayer for your life now gently move your attention to the landscape of your body we will rotate awareness throughout the body when you hear a body part named simply bring awareness to it without moving or changing it we begin at the right thumb awareness is at the right thumb second finger third finger fourth finger fifth finger palm of the hand back of the hand right wrist forearm elbow upper arm right shoulder armpit right waist hip thigh calf ankle heel sole of the right foot top of the foot right big toe second toe third toe fourth toe fifth toe left hand thumb second finger third finger fourth finger fifth finger palm of the left hand back of the hand left wrist forearm elbow upper arm shoulder armpit left waist knee ankle heel sole of the left foot top of the foot left big toe second toe third toe fourth toe fifth toe awareness moves to the back of the body right heel left heel right calf left calf right thigh left thigh right buttock left buttock lower back middle back lower back upper back the entire spine right shoulder blade left shoulder blade back of the neck back of the head top of the head forehead right temple left temple held in the supreme stillness notice sensations in the body begin to slowly deepen your inhalation and your exhalation as you breathe in the abdomen rises chest lifts then as you exhale feel your worries releasing unravelling as you exhale breathing in and breathing out small spaces opening up within you with each breath weight lifting free from worries as you breathe in and out whole body softening flowing in and out with each breath bring your attention now to the space between your eyebrows and begin to breathe in and out here the breath flowing in and out at the space between your eyebrows on the next inhalation silently repeat the sound so to yourself as you breathe in through the space between your eyebrows all the way down through your spine to the base of your spine then on the exhale silently repeat the word hum as you exhale from the base of your spine all the way up to the space between the eyebrows continue like this breathing up and down your spine breathing in so breathing out hum continue this so hum breathing and spinal movement up and down the spine at your own pace your own rhythm now pause here come to the space between your eyebrows notice how you feel witness any sensations in your body now imagine the whole body becoming light as a feather like it's floating weightless the head is light without weight the limbs are light and weightless the torso is light and weightless the whole body light and weightless you are floating weightless now imagine the body becoming heavy feel the heaviness in all parts of the body each part becoming heavier and heavier and heavier the head is heavy the limbs are heavy the torso is heavy the whole body heavy sinking so heavy the body is sinking down into the floor now awaken the experience of cold in the body the experience of icy cold imagine being outside in the cold winter without enough clothing you feel this chill permeating your entire body now allow the sensation of warmth to spread throughout your entire body remembering that feeling of the warm sun in the peak of summer you're in the hot sun you feel heat radiating onto your skin heat all around the body now witness yourself lying in the warm sun there's a slow drumbeat in the distance you hear the drumbeat the sweat on your body from the heat elevates your boldness you begin singing from a sacred place inside of you observe yourself singing from this sacred place inside of you notice what you're wearing the expression on your face any smells as you sing from this sacred place inside you and now your voice harmonizes with other well-rested women who are feeling at ease all of you singing together in harmony your shared song of belonging singing from all things sacred nourish your whole self with this abundant,

Well-rested wild woman song and now this nourishment flows beyond your body far into the cosmos into infinity reaching as far as you can go with the song of the well-rested wild woman does this self-expression and deep nourishment look or feel like a color or a scent,

A shape returning to your body and now to the heart is there a message or a gift for you from this sacred,

Wild song within you now bring your attention to the space between your eyebrows resting here here in the nourishment of sacred song your body uplifted by voice releasing what has come to completion or is dull or flat in your life releasing no effort required simply letting go embracing the magnificence of you your energy amplified radiant united with other women who lift you up lifting each other up pause here in sacred silence to drink from the radiant light of the soul's cup now ever so slowly like a chant to your soul remember your intention and silently repeat it three times receive your intention like a melody that fills every cell and atom of your being a council of wise women wise women gather around you beings of feminine energy that are your protective guides for your highest good they might be human,

Non-human past or present they gather together as you breathe in and out your breath calling in these wise women in in and out notice who is gathering open your ears and heart to their blessings and the message and gifts that they offer you open to receiving receive receive receive as the drum beat begins to slow signaling to the women that it's time to go ask your sacred council to bring a healing light of love to any particular area of the body that might need healing right now the drums beat calls the council away for now until next time know that they are always with you offering protection and guidance any time you call upon them you begin to ready the body to transition to waking deepening your breath in in and out through your heart heart breathing on the next inhalation through the heart see where the breath wants to land in the body from there deep within the body is there a message for you an image,
