Join us for a transformative series of talks exploring the journey of consciousness as it matures and blossoms into its fullest potential. Over the course of 10 sessions, we will delve into progressively advanced levels of maturity—beginning with a contracted sense of a separate self and culminating in a state of fully expanded awareness. In this session, co-hosted by our beloved Carly Beaulieu, we will discuss the first revelation. A maturing consciousness reveals - thoughts have no power! We will meditate on how will our life unfold, when we stop giving thoughts power, and stop creating an identity around them.

Hello dear people,

Welcome to this unique opportunity we give ourselves every week to stop the rush,

Hold hands and walk the path together.

Not just as individuals on the path,

But also as a united consciousness driven by our mutual longing for the truth.

And what will propel us forward in this discussion would be your thoughts and your questions.

So don't be shy to share those.

This is what helps us grow.

So we've started a journey that is courageously attempting to describe the complete roadmap of a consciousness as it is evolving and awakening.

Courageous because this path is mysterious and it cannot be fully explained.

There is a major room for mystery,

But still in this series of talks we're going to portray the major milestones,

You can say,

That our consciousness goes through as it matures and evolves with the logic that when that roadmap is available to us,

Our journey can be less confusing,

Less intimidating,

And we can consciously aim for specific stations on the map where we know we need to go through as we mature.

But the fact that we are now consciously thriving to get there would accelerate for sure our journey and make it much more efficient and effective.

So that's the logic behind our journey in the next few weeks.

Quickly to review what we already covered,

We said that it starts with a spark that is lit inside us for various reasons.

A spark is lit.

It could be because of the suffering that we experience and we are searching for some kind of cure to heal that suffering,

Or at least learn how to deal with it.

It could be longing for the truth.

It could be some source of inspiration or some mystical event that we've been experiencing and we are longing to experience it again.

It doesn't matter what triggered that in us,

But what does matter is the fact that now there is some kind of a fire inside us that doesn't allow us to rest anymore,

To sleep.

We realize what we have here,

What we are used to,

The way we live our lives.

It's not enough.

We need more.

We need to,

We have to expand.

We hear that calling to expand and we cannot ignore that anymore.

We just can't because the spark is burning us from the inside.

And we receive this invitation to see,

To find that spark,

Assuming that all of us has it.

Otherwise,

You'd be busy doing whatever weekend activities you had and not waste your time.

So finding that spark and maybe even allocating along your path,

When was it born?

It's good to know and make it accessible to you.

Make sure that that spark is nurtured and it never dies.

And today we're going to discuss the actual first thing that happens on the journey of our consciousness expanding,

Awakening.

The first thing that we encounter as we are leaving the shell that we used to operate from.

You see,

You can see that that sense of whatever I've been experiencing so far is not enough.

It's basically a calling to expand what I know and what I'm used to and to break these borders from the very known to the unknown,

To the new,

To the,

It could be exciting or terrifying,

But something new has to happen in the way that I experience my life.

It's like a sort of birth,

Something new has to birth.

And the first thing that is being born is a new kind of relationship that we have or that we operate with the realm of thoughts.

That's the first thing that happens after the spark is born.

We come to meet our thoughts,

Our opinions,

Our ideas,

And we either educate ourselves or naturally mature enough to generate a different type of relationship with that realm.

And that's crucial.

We truly cannot evolve on the path before that relationship is redefined.

And it's being redefined in two major aspects that we're going to discuss today.

So you got a couple of comments here.

Angie's saying my spark is becoming hot or open again.

And recently it's very,

It's a very good feeling.

It's a heart with flames.

It's beautiful.

Good.

And Egas is asking relationship with ourselves or others.

Relationship with the realm of thoughts.

As a part of the relationship with the realm of the mind,

I'm going to explain it now.

Relationships between the observer and what it is observing.

Okay.

You realize that this has to be redefined somehow.

You don't truly necessarily know how,

But you feel that something there is missing.

So as you evolve on the spiritual path,

Either through learning or through direct experience,

That is an outcome of your spiritual practice.

What happens is you realize that the mind is where you experience life.

What is the mind?

The mind collects all the events,

All the information it gathers through the five senses and also emotions and thoughts that are part of your inner world and projects it for you to observe and to experience.

And this is what you call your reality.

So the first awakening in that sense of an emerging awareness is realizing that what you observe is not real.

It's not real in the sense that it has no power.

And this is huge breakthrough.

It's easier to realize that when we are dealing with sensations,

For example,

Okay,

I have an itch on my nose.

So when I sit and meditate or whatever,

I can just observe the fact that now there is an itch on my nose,

And I can also realize that I'm not bound to scratch my nose every time it has an itch.

I can choose whether I do something about it,

React to it,

Or I just observe,

Right?

This is something that it's rather easy to explain and to experience when it comes to the physical aspect of the realm of phenomena.

So I have an itch on my nose,

I have a pain in my knee,

I have a pleasant sensation in my belly,

I have a hunger sensation,

Cold.

All that information is gathered by your five senses.

And you observe these,

And you can choose whatever you want to do with it.

In that sense,

Our maturity is from automatically reacting to those events versus,

Wait,

I can choose,

I can decide what I want to do with it.

It becomes more tricky when we're not talking about physical phenomenas,

But emotions,

And even worse,

Thoughts.

There is an emotion,

There is sadness or happiness,

Whatever emotion that is currently being experienced.

We usually are just immediately identified with it,

And we start negotiating with it.

If it's sadness,

Then why am I sad?

I don't like to be sad.

When will I be happy again?

And you start doing things in the hope that the sadness will go away.

This is just an example.

So as consciousness awakens,

That type of manipulation drops.

Why?

Because it realizes that happiness and sadness are just opportunities that we receive from life to experience life,

Which is sometimes happy and sometimes sad.

So it stops trying to maneuver between emotions,

Trying to hold on to what is pleasant and what I want,

This is called craving,

Or to reject or avoid what is unwanted.

This is called aversions,

Craving and aversions,

Craving and aversion.

And awakened consciousness doesn't do that.

Why?

Because it realizes that these emotions have no power.

They are just opportunities to experience various aspects of life.

That's it.

And there is no emotion that is too much for us to experience.

There is no sensation that is too much for us to experience.

That's a law of nature.

If it's there,

It's because we can experience it,

No matter how intense it might seem.

But the most tricky part of that phase is the relationship that we have with our thoughts.

Because with our thoughts,

We are automatically identified.

And this is a huge realization.

You know,

You might sit for meditation and you observe your sensations and there is an itch on your nose and you choose not to react to it.

Good.

And then you see it and there is some kind of boredom.

Now there is an emotion,

Boredom.

So you observe that emotion and you choose not to identify with it.

And then there is a thought coming saying,

Yes,

I've mastered those skills.

I am now a skilled meditator.

With that thought,

You immediately identify.

You see what I'm saying?

Oh my God.

If that thought came to my mind,

It must be true.

100%.

This is who I am now.

Who am I?

I am that super meditator.

You know,

You don't stop to think.

Maybe it's just a thought.

Maybe it's just an idea.

Maybe it's not who I am.

No,

No.

If it's there in my mind,

Boom,

That is who I am.

And think about it.

All conflicts,

All suffering,

All the history of conflict and war are all because of people holding on to an opinion they have about what is right,

What is true,

What should happen,

What should other people understand.

That's what I believe.

If you don't believe that,

You are my enemy.

And these are just thoughts.

These are just thoughts.

Do you see what I'm saying?

A thought comes into my mind.

I meet that thought.

I grab it and generate an identity around it.

This is who I am.

Why?

Because who I am is what I believe.

Anything?

No?

People are identifying with what you're saying.

How ironic.

Yeah.

Oh,

Now I have this idea coming from your own?

Yes,

Yes.

Definitely.

Because I'm telling you,

I can sit here tomorrow and tell you the opposite.

Actually,

This is part of my job.

Holding on to an opinion,

A position,

An agenda,

An idea,

A thought is the root cause of misery in life.

Let me say that sentence again slowly.

Digest it.

The root cause of misery is holding on to an opinion,

An agenda,

An idea,

A thought.

We're only talking about the misery that we create to ourselves.

And from that,

It is the misery that we create to other people.

Why?

Because when we are miserable,

That's what we spread,

Misery.

There's no other way around it.

When we are disharmonious,

What we spread around us is disharmony.

How can we do anything else?

When we are an expression of frustration,

Anger,

Violence,

That's what we spread.

So the first realization of a maturing consciousness is that realization that thoughts have no power.

And that is huge,

Huge.

Just like a scratch on your nose,

Just like an emotion rising and subsiding,

A thought is coming,

Crossing your mind,

Presenting itself,

And continues.

What happens when you meet that thought?

You either hold on to it,

Believing,

Yes,

This is right,

This is just,

This is how things should be,

Or you reject it.

No,

No,

No.

I don't want this.

Go away.

When will I be happy when that idea is blown out of my mind?

There's the famous story about this spiritual teacher.

He met a disciple who asked a question,

But he was so preoccupied with how beautiful she was.

And he said,

Wow,

This thought came into my mind.

She's so lovely.

I should try to see,

Maybe she wants to have a cup of coffee with me or something.

And then he explains,

The fact that the thought comes through my mind is not a problem.

Actually,

You can expect that from a man meeting a beautiful woman or vice versa.

What would be a problem is if he identifies with that thought and try to operate because that thought crossed his mind.

He said that thought probably spent some time in the head of that man just a minute ago,

And now it's here,

And the next minute it will be in the head of the other man.

If I don't believe it,

It has no power.

If I believe it,

If I identify with it,

It has all the power.

But as it is,

As a phenomena,

The thought has no power.

Just like the movie in the cinema hall you watch,

The movie has no power.

The train that you see on the cinema screen cannot run you over.

Cannot.

Right?

You go there and you are getting swept away by the plot,

And that is entertainment.

But when you meet a thought and you're carried away by the thought,

This is now your drama.

This is your life story.

This is where your misery is born.

Do you see that?

What would you be without identifying with your thoughts and giving them all the power?

This is not a theoretical question.

This is an actual question.

MS.

And he says at peace.

MR.

Yeah,

You know.

MS.

Deborah says free.

MR.

The peace that you are referring to,

Be very cautious about how you define it,

Because when you sit and observe,

You don't necessarily meet peace as an experience.

Sometimes it's very hectic.

Sometimes there are a lot of thoughts.

Sometimes there is so much noise,

You can actually hear a high pitch sound in your head.

You know,

That's so loud.

You know what I'm talking about?

It's not necessarily peaceful out there.

The peace that you are referring to,

Remember,

Is always within the realm of the observer,

Who is not threatened anymore by the object of its observation.

That is the key.

Realizing the object of observation has no power.

And specifically,

The thought that I'm currently experiencing,

It has no power.

The fact that is currently in my head doesn't mean anything,

About anything.

Don't take those thoughts too seriously.

That's the key.

What else?

People are replying.

MS.

Free.

Iga says,

All clear.

Great comment on the screen,

Not doing damage to us.

Angie says,

Peaceful within.

What about feelings?

For example,

Feeling lonely?

MR.

Yeah.

Emotions.

We refer to that.

Sensations,

Emotions,

And thoughts.

I feel lonely.

Loneliness is being felt.

Is that a problem?

No.

It's just another aspect of emotion on the span of emotions that are available for us to experience as human being.

Yeah.

Sometimes we feel alone,

Especially in North America.

It's a pandemic.

Of course,

We can remind ourselves that we are not alone.

We cannot be alone.

But not because we are trying to run away from that emotion,

Because that emotion has no power.

That's the point.

Realize that.

Don't try to avoid it.

Don't try to manipulate your way out of it.

Be there.

Experience it with a whole heart and a willing soul.

The realm of phenomena is bound to change.

What doesn't change is because you are rejecting it,

Avoiding it.

What you resist,

Persist.

Everything passes.

There is a talk.

You can go back to my Insight Timer page and look for a talk that is called 72 hours.

You can listen to that talk.

72 hours.

Everything passes.

The realm of phenomena is identified by that criteria.

How do I know that something is a phenomena?

Because it has a beginning and everything that has a beginning has an end.

That's the definition of a phenomena.

The observer does not belong to that realm.

The observer is not a phenomena.

It doesn't have a beginning and it doesn't have an end.

You are eternal.

Wake up to realize that.

So the first thing that we wake up to realize is that the realm of phenomena has no power and specifically my thoughts have no power.

If I don't believe,

If I don't identify,

If I can just observe the thoughts without giving them that power,

I'm free from that realm.

And that's a huge,

Huge breakthrough.

See if you can focus your observation this week on that.

Identify the gap between the observer and the object of observation,

Realizing they are not the same.

Whatever I meet,

Emotion,

Sensation,

Or thought,

Idea,

Opinion,

Look at it from a distance.

This is not who I am.

It doesn't matter that it appears in my mind now.

Okay.

And the second crucial realization that transform the type of relationship that I have with the realm of events is the realization that it is not personal.

It is not personal.

It doesn't identify me.

There is nothing personal about it.

I call it my thoughts,

My opinions,

And I generate an identity around that.

But there's nothing personal about the phenomena itself.

An awakened consciousness sees that universally,

The universal aspect of the realm of phenomena.

It's got nothing personal about it.

The fact that I had this thought right now in me doesn't say anything about me.

I tell a story to myself about myself and about life.

And according to that story,

I live.

But that story is not unique at all.

It's so trivial.

And actually,

Little,

If any,

Of that story is authentic.

The vast majority of the story that we tell is pre-imposed on us.

You know,

It's a derivative of the people that we were born to and the culture that we grew up in and the education and all these impressions that we've collected along our path.

They generated for us a story about us,

About life,

About what is right and wrong and true and false and good and bad.

And accordingly,

This is how we live our life.

Even our DNA is not something that we have any control over or choice about.

No,

Our karma,

Whatever,

It doesn't matter how you want to call it.

We come with these imprints and there is little freedom there.

And it's not personal.

It's so common.

Think about it.

We like to see ourselves as a unique,

Individual,

Once-in-a-lifetime phenomenon.

That's not the case at all.

We are so predictable.

It's like an automatic pilot,

You know?

We came to this world with a pre-planned route and not many people divert from that.

You know,

Maybe a little bit of cosmetics,

But the general direction is clear.

There is not much freedom.

We like to think about free choice.

The freedom of choice that you are referring to is in the peripheral.

Nothing major is going to change until you wake up.

Look how universal your story is.

We experience life and life is universal.

We all experience pain and pleasure and hope and dreams and disappointments and everything,

You know?

Joy,

Happiness,

Sadness,

Misery,

All that.

The context of where it happens,

When and with whom,

You know,

These are nuances.

The general story is the same.

It's nothing personal about it.

Even your calling to grow,

You know,

Even your spiritual journey,

It's been walked on by so many people before you.

You know,

It's embedded in the stream of consciousness itself.

The stream of consciousness wants to break free.

It's nothing personal.

You know,

That drop is longing for the ocean because of the nature of the drop.

It's not your nature.

It's embedded in the fact that it was a part of the ocean and now it's longing to reunite.

That longing is not personal at all.

The drive to find a partner and not to be alone and to share our love,

Everything that drives you and everything that holds you back is not personal.

Wake up to realize that.

That's the first thing that happens as you step outside of the cage of who am I.

You expand the walls of consciousness by redefining the relationship you have with the realm of phenomena generally and with your thoughts and opinions particularly.

What do you say?

It's been a long speech.

Anything?

Um,

And she says,

We've all got a story,

Birth,

Living,

Illness,

Dying,

Same journey.

Iga says,

Brilliant comments.

Want to share it with my sister.

Yeah.

What usually happens is that,

No,

We tell ourselves a story and we identify with it.

We generate an identity around it.

An answer to the question,

Who am I?

Who am I?

And that story,

That story is just a compilation of opinions and ideas.

Most of them are not mine to begin with.

There's nothing authentic about it.

So these are the two main breakthroughs that we encounter as we make our first step out of the box.

First thing is realizing thoughts have no power.

I give that power.

I can choose to hold back and not give that thought the power.

I can observe the thought,

The idea without identifying,

Without believing.

So I can just see it as it passes by.

And the second realization that is almost an outcome of the first is that I see that this is not personal and it doesn't truly say anything about who I am,

Who I am.

My thoughts are not defining me in any way anymore.

And that's the homework I would like to recommend.

See if you can take this invitation and apply it.

See what happens to the relationship with the realm of thoughts and opinions when you,

A,

Stop believing them,

And B,

Stop generating an identity around them.

Okay?

Stop believing your thoughts and ideas and stop generating an identity around them.

This is not who I am.

What happens to your life?

What happens to the way you allow yourself to meet life,

To engage with life?

What happens to your relationships with your loved ones,

With the people that you hate?

What happens to the relationship you have with your mother-in-law or whatever?

So I have an example of how that affected us this morning.

And then I have a question.

And then there's a question in the comments.

So this morning we were talking about the list of hostages that are to be released from Gaza.

And Yaron said that he didn't see the list of names.

And then I was going through the news and I found the list of names.

And then he said,

No,

But they haven't released exactly who is going to be released in the next 24 hours.

And because there's a time change in Israel,

The list of names was supposed to be released 24 hours before the start of the ceasefire,

Which was at 4 o'clock p.

M.

On Sunday.

Israel time.

So then we're kind of talking back and forth about this and I'm trying to calculate the time change and I'm not understanding that what he means is that it's already 4 o'clock p.

M.

On Saturday in Israel and the names have not been released yet.

And so that's what he was referring to.

So he says,

Why don't you just listen to me?

Or why don't you just believe what I'm saying?

Like that I know what I'm talking about instead of arguing with me.

And I have this feeling in my body that said,

That's an attack.

You have to defend yourself.

He's attacking you.

You know,

You have to take this seriously and,

You know,

Like,

You know,

Defend yourself that you're not stupid.

You're not,

You know,

Saying something that wasn't intelligent or whatever,

You know,

Things that go on in your head.

And first of all,

My first thought was,

He doesn't really care about what he's saying.

He's not actually making it to attack.

He's just,

You know,

Playing.

And secondly,

There,

When,

Once I see that and observe that,

Then it's,

It has,

It doesn't have any fire behind it.

Once you observe this thought that tries to persuade you that this is an attack and you want and you need to defend yourself.

Once you are able to observe that and not believe it,

What happens?

It just,

It almost turns into a joke,

Like,

You know,

That there's,

There's lightness there,

Like the,

The power behind it just dissipates.

You know,

And,

But what I could see is that it could turn into something,

You know,

Like,

Like maybe if this was a past self or,

You know,

Or maybe if,

If this was a situation where I didn't have the capacity to observe that,

I would have reacted and said,

Don't talk to me like that.

Like,

How dare you?

Yeah.

So beautiful.

No,

See how easily we're triggered.

Why?

Because there is a thought passing through our mind.

That's it.

We are done.

That thought appeared.

It is the absolute truth.

Why?

Because it's there in my mind.

That's it.

How dare you?

I will show you what it means to talk to me like that.

And that's it.

Downhill,

Slippery slope.

I'll see you on the other side.

Right?

And it's so beautiful,

That second of,

Ah,

Yeah,

It's there,

But I don't need to believe it.

And another important thing,

Don't wait for that thought to never appear again in your brain before you can be reassured that you have awakened.

As I said,

This spiritual teacher experienced that thought about this beautiful woman as an enlightened being.

So what?

Thoughts are not a problem.

Why?

Because thoughts have no power.

Don't need to tame your thoughts.

You don't need to replace some ugly thought with a beautiful thought or a negative thought with a positive thought.

No,

No,

That's not the case.

That's not what we're doing here.

Just wake up to realize,

Ah,

It has no power.

What else?

My question was,

Do they have a purpose?

Thoughts?

Does thoughts have purpose?

The purpose of any phenomena is to allow you to experience life.

And thoughts,

More than anything else,

Can help you grow,

For sure.

Intellectually expand your awareness with more options,

More variations to more angles to experience life.

Definitely do that.

But don't believe the thought.

Don't identify with them.

That's the trick.

That's what happens as you take your first step out of the cage.

You re-identify,

Reshape,

Re-manufacture a new type of a relationship with the realm of thoughts,

And you stop being a slave for your thoughts and opinions.

What else?

Barbara's saying this is humbling.

And Deb's asking,

How do you step out of the thought and be the observer?

Yeah,

That's the spiritual practice.

That's what happens.

You find yourself completely immersed by an opinion,

And you see immediately,

You go from the present moment to the future or the past,

Arguing with what happened or being afraid with what will happen.

That's the moment of waking up,

No?

The realization that you've been swept away.

The thoughts stole your attention from the real to the fictional.

So what happens?

You just take a big breath,

And you choose reality again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again.

You keep on doing that until you don't have any breath in your lungs anymore.

Come back to the present moment.

That's it.

Kuna matata.

Andrew says,

It feels like an overload of them.

It shouldn't be necessary.

Why can't we be like goldfish?

Why is not a good question?

Just the way it is,

We are cursed with awareness.

Question is,

What do you want to do with it?

You have awareness.

That's it.

Too late.

So Carlotta is asking,

Do you do anything with the anger that came up,

Or is it the mind wanting you to believe you're right?

The ego wants you to believe you're right.

Yeah,

Definitely.

And the ego create an identity about that.

My opinions are who I am.

And once you are objecting my opinions,

You are threatening my very identity.

Do you see that?

If you don't accept my opinions,

You don't accept me.

Because my opinions are me.

Then,

Of course,

We are vicious about how we protect our agenda,

Our opinions and thoughts.

Wake up to realize you are not that.

You are not your opinions.

You are not your thoughts.

Yeah,

I can see in this example that I gave,

I can see how if I was very identified with needing to be right,

Or that the words that you were saying to me meant something,

Had a meaning behind it,

Or some sort of power behind it,

And I was giving it that,

That would have reflected the level to which I reacted.

And also the level to which it was anger or violent reaction.

Okay,

Let me give you a tip.

Okay,

If you feel that you are triggered by life,

Actually,

Let me rephrase,

You're triggered by life to generate an opinion about the reality that you meet,

And you feel that you need to respond,

And you need to claim your truth.

But you don't understand,

This is what I believe.

Before you actually do that,

My tip to you is,

Do it with your mouth closed first.

Don't verbalize your opinion immediately.

Say it silently,

Okay?

And then say it again,

Silently.

And then see if there is a real reason for you to say it out loud.

Especially when you're triggered,

No?

Before you just,

Blah,

Your opinion on somebody else.

Say it quietly,

In your heart.

And then again,

Be as vicious as you want,

But with your lips sealed.

And then think,

What would happen if I stop identifying with this idea,

As justified as it may be?

How would that reflect on my relationship with life,

With the people around me?

And what to do with anger,

She asked.

Karota,

Go back and listen to the talk I gave about how to live without suffering.

Okay?

It's a whole hour dedicated to that.

Live without suffering,

Once and for all.

What else?

Iga is asking,

What to advise if someone tells me that the pain they feel is so powerful that the thought or emotions can't be left behind?

Explain that in English?

The pain that you feel is so powerful that you can't just let go of the thoughts and emotions.

You are bigger than any phenomena life can throw at you.

Physical pain,

She's referring to.

Physical pain,

Emotional pain,

Any sensation,

Any emotion,

Any thought.

You are bigger than that.

Whatever you are invited to experience by life,

You are bigger than that.

That's a law of nature.

As I say many times,

Imagine a theater hall.

Could be many types of plays on that stage.

It could be a stand-up comedy.

It could be something very funny,

Joyful.

It could be a Greek tragedy.

It could be many things.

But you are the theater hall.

Your consciousness is just there to allow that.

You're bigger than any play,

Any show that is currently happening.

Always will be.

Always have been.

Bigger.

So don't confuse yourself to believe that life is too big.

Life is too much.

The experience that you are currently experiencing is overwhelming.

I can't do that.

If you believe that thought,

That idea,

This is where trauma is generated.

Now you generate trauma.

And now you need to go and deal with trauma.

It could take years.

Don't.

How?

Just let go of the idea that this is too much.

See,

This is just an idea created by ignorance.

You don't know how big you are.

Know how big you are.

Know thyself.

That's what we're doing here.

What else?

Nina says that is to assume there is something more powerful than you.

What is the you that you refer to?

We are stronger,

More powerful,

Smarter,

More magical than we realize.

Good,

Good,

Good.

So we've been through a lot.

To summarize,

Take this invitation.

Practice throughout the week.

I am not my thoughts and my opinions.

How would my life change if I stop believing the thoughts that I have and stop identifying with them?

Generate an identity around them.

How would my life change?

Try to consciously bring that awareness again and again and again.

You'll get 10,

000 opportunities per day.

Bring that awareness.

Bring that invitation.

Keep it alive in your daily life.

I don't believe my thoughts and I don't generate an identity around them anymore.

What happens to consciousness when this is its new steady state?

Barbara says,

I like your example,

Carly.

I see it in myself.

I defend the story that I'm rational,

Reasonable,

Smart.

My opinions are not important.

Who am I now when my opinions are not important?

Good,

Good.

So next week we're going to meet.

No,

We're not going to meet next week.

No,

We're traveling next week.

We're traveling.

But the following week we will meet to discuss the second evolutionary step we do on our way outside of the cage.

So don't miss it.

And bring a friend.

Let's generate a bigger circle.

What do you think?

Barbara says,

Love you both.

I like this series.

Safe travels until we hold hands again.

Enjoy the weekend.

Bye-bye.
