Opening To Abundance Breathwork (14 Minutes)

This journey invites softness into the places within you that have learned to hold, resist, or stay guarded. Through the breath, you are gently guided into a state of ease and receptivity, where the body begins to feel safe enough to open. As breath moves freely, the nervous system settles, and the natural capacity to receive comes back online. Abundance here is experienced as flow, a quiet remembering of what it feels like when life can move toward you without effort. A sense of openness, trust, and allowance begins to replace holding, creating space for support, nourishment, and possibility to be felt rather than sought. This practice is an invitation to breathe yourself back into alignment with receiving, calmly, steadily and from within.

Welcome beautiful soul,

Take a moment now to arrive,

Find a comfortable position seated upright or lying down where your body feels supported and at ease.

Make any small adjustments you need so you can remain comfortable for the duration of this practice.

When you're ready,

Gently close your eyes.

Feel the surface beneath you supporting your body,

Release any tension from your jaw,

Relax your shoulders and allow the breath to move naturally without effort.

You don't need to change anything yet,

Just arrive.

Before we begin,

I invite you to set an intention for this practice.

So this breath work is here to help you return to inner coherence,

A state where the breath,

The body and the nervous system move together in harmony.

Take a moment and set your own intention,

Trust what arises and hold it in your heart space for the rest of the practice.

The breath technique for this practice is called coherent breathing.

You will be breathing in through the nose for a count of six and out through the nose for a count of six.

There are no pauses between the inhale and the exhale.

The breath is smooth,

Steady and wave like.

This rhythm helps regulate the nervous system,

Bring the body into balance and restore a sense of internal harmony.

Now let's begin by settling the body a little more deeply.

Feel the points of contact beneath you.

Let the body become heavy.

Relax the tongue from the roof of the mouth,

Soften the belly and allow the chest to move gently with the breath.

We'll start with three reset breaths.

So take a slow inhale through the nose and a gentle sigh out through the mouth.

Again,

Inhale through the nose and sigh it all out.

One more time.

And take a beautiful deep inhale through the nose and sigh it out and just let go.

Let go of any thoughts,

Any worries,

Any to-do list.

This time is just for you.

So on my count we will begin with the technique.

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhale through the nose for six,

Exhale through the nose for six.

Again,

Inhale for six,

Exhale for six.

Start to find your own rhythm.

Let the breath flow smoothly like a gentle wave moving through the body.

Inhale for six,

Exhale for six.

Inhale for six,

Exhale for six.

There is nothing to force,

Nothing to achieve,

Just the steady,

Even rhythm.

As you breathe,

Notice how the body begins to respond.

The shoulders soften,

The face relaxes,

The nervous system begins to settle.

Coherence is not something you create,

It's something you return to.

Inhale for six,

Exhale for six.

If the mind wanders,

Just gently bring it back to the breath,

Back to the count,

Back to the wave-like movement.

This breath is synchronizing different parts of you,

The heart,

The lungs,

The nervous system.

Everything begins to move together again.

You may notice a sense of steadiness forming,

A quiet clarity,

A feeling of being more present in the body.

This is inner alignment.

Inhale for six,

Exhale for six.

Inhale for six,

Exhale for six.

There is no urgency here,

No pressure to move forward,

Just a deep settling into balance.

If emotions arise,

Allow them to pass through gently.

There is space for everything here.

Now allow the breath to continue as its rhythm for a few more rounds.

As the breath settles into its rhythm,

Notice what consistency begins to do in your body.

Something calming about knowing what comes next.

Abundance does not begin in the mind,

It begins when the nervous system feels safe enough to soften.

Let the body experience that safety now.

Inhale for six,

Exhale for six.

Inhale for six,

Exhale for six.

Feel the body expanding with every inhale.

Consider what it would mean for your body to find balance.

Not balance as an idea or a goal,

But balance as a sensation.

A feeling of being centered.

A feeling of not being pulled in multiple directions at once.

Notice where that balance might already be present in your body.

What would your body need in order to feel coherent?

Not what you think it needs,

Not what you've been told it needs,

But what the body itself is quietly communicating.

There may be a sense of ease or spaciousness or simply less tension.

Let that awareness deepen.

Inhale for six,

Exhale for six.

Inhale for six,

Exhale for six.

When the body is coherent,

It no longer wastes energy bracing.

It can hold more,

More sensation,

More opportunity,

More support.

This is the foundation of abundance.

Notice how the breath continues to arrive without you having to earn it.

You don't have to prove anything.

You don't have to deserve the next inhale.

It simply comes.

This is the rhythm abundance moves in.

If you notice any subtle urgency in the body,

Any senses of needing to get somewhere or achieve something,

Allow it to soften.

There is nothing to chase here.

Abundance unfolds when pressure dissolves.

Inhale for six,

Exhale for six.

As coherence deepens,

The body begins to trust again.

Trust that support is available.

Trust that life moves towards you as much as you move through it.

This trust is not blind,

It is felt.

Take a few more breaths here before we go into our breath hold.

Okay,

On your next inhale,

Take a massive breath in until you cannot take any more air in and then hold it.

Squeeze your core.

Feel the energy moving through the cells.

Every cell is vibrating with life,

With abundance.

Keep holding.

This is where the shifts happen.

Keep holding if you can,

If you can't,

Release with a big sigh.

Inhale.

And on my count,

Three,

Two,

One,

Exhale with a big sigh.

Allow the breath to find its own natural pace.

Notice how the body feels.

More open,

More settled.

Rest here.

Let the body learn what abundance feels like.

As steadiness,

As balance,

As regulation.

This is not something you force.

It is something you allow.

The state of coherence is not something you leave behind.

It is something your body remembers.

Begin to feel the surface beneath you again.

The space around you.

Take your time.

When you are ready,

You can gently open your eyes.

Carry the sense of balance with you.

You can return to this breath whenever you need to come back into alignment.

Thank you for being on this journey with me.

With love and gratitude always.
