Everyone

This breathwork journey is an invitation into flow, where breath, body, and awareness begin to move together in a continuous, connected rhythm. Using conscious connected breathing, you are guided to soften control and allow sensation, energy, and emotion to move through you naturally. As the breath deepens, the nervous system is supported to release holding and open into a felt sense of trust, presence, and embodied flow. This is a space to meet yourself beyond effort, where movement arises from within and life is allowed to move through you with ease and intelligence. Breath becomes a bridge back to inner rhythm, coherence, and felt alignment. Please note: This practice is not recommended during pregnancy or for those with a history of seizures, heart conditions, or other medical concerns that may be affected by conscious connected breathing. If you are unsure whether this practice is suitable for you, please reach out to me directly before participating.

Welcome,

Beautiful soul.

Take your time now to find a position where your body feels supported and safe.

You may be lying down,

Allowing the earth to fully hold you.

Or you may be seated,

Grounded,

Upright and present.

Let your body choose.

And once you are there,

Allow yourself to arrive.

Not just physically,

But emotionally and energetically.

Let the surface beneath you carry your weight.

You do not need to hold yourself here.

Feel where your body meets the ground.

Your back,

Your hips,

Your legs.

Let yourself sink a little deeper.

You are safe in the space.

You are supported,

You are held.

This is a space of deep presence.

A space of trust.

A space where your body is invited to lead.

Nothing you experience here is wrong.

Nothing needs to be controlled and nothing needs to be pushed away.

If at any point you need to slow down,

Pause,

Or return to your natural breath,

You are always free to do so.

Your body knows exactly what it needs.

And I am right here with you,

Holding the space,

Guiding you,

Walking with you every step of the way.

Take a nice inhale through the nose and a beautiful exhale.

Today we will be doing an activating breath work practice.

We are using the breath to bring energy into the body,

To loosen stored tension,

And to create movement where things have been stuck.

The breath is the medicine.

The most important thing through this practice is bringing as much oxygen into the body as possible.

In this practice we will be using conscious connective breathing.

So breathing in and out the mouth.

No pauses at the top or bottom.

The breath flows like a wave.

In and out,

Continuous,

Connected.

This style of breathing brings oxygen deep into the body.

It activates the nervous system in a way that allows stored energy,

Emotions,

And patterns to rise and be released.

You may feel sensations in the body,

Tingling,

Warmth,

Vibration,

Movement.

This is all normal.

This is safe.

This is your body responding.

You may feel emotions arise.

Let them come,

Let them move,

And let them go.

You do not need to analyze anything.

You do not need to understand what is happening.

Your body knows exactly what it is doing.

We will be moving through rounds of breathing.

Each round will build energy,

Awareness,

And release.

At the end of each round,

We will be taking a breath hold.

These breath holds are powerful integration points.

They are where shifts happen,

Where clarity lands,

Where the body reorganizes.

During the hold,

You will simply stay present,

Feeling the stillness,

Feeling the openness,

Feeling the freedom you are creating.

Before we begin,

I invite you to take a moment and set an intention for this practice.

Whatever arises,

Trust that that is what you need right now.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Allowing the body to be fully relaxed and settled.

And on my count,

We will start with round one of the breath technique.

So three,

Two,

One.

Open your mouth nice and wide,

Breathing in for one,

Out for one.

In and out.

No pauses,

No holding.

Just a smooth,

Continuous wave.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Let the breath move like water,

In and out.

Every breath a little deeper than the breath before.

Feel the whole body expanding with every inhale.

If the mind starts to wander,

Just come back to your breath.

As you are breathing in and out,

I want you to bring your attention into your body.

Not your thoughts,

Not your stories,

Your body.

Notice where you feel sensations building.

Maybe in your hands,

Your face,

Your chest,

Your belly,

Your legs.

This is energy moving.

You are not doing anything wrong,

You are not losing control,

You are allowing the flow to happen.

Keep breathing in and out.

Let the breath stay steady.

In and out.

If you notice resistance arise,

Tightness,

Discomfort,

Hesitation,

This is important.

This is where people usually stop.

But not you.

Instead,

Breathe into the resistance.

Breathe into the places in the body that feel tight.

Breathe into the parts that are carrying discomfort.

Bring the inhale directly there to these parts in the body,

In the mind.

On the exhale,

Soften around it.

You are not forcing it to leave,

You are giving it permission to move.

This is how the body releases safely.

Keep breathing.

Stay with the technique,

Stay with the breath.

Feel the body expand,

Full expansion with every breath.

Bringing all that oxygen into the body,

Activating every cell of the body.

If emotions arise,

Let them.

Tears,

Anger,

Sadness,

Joy.

They are energy leaving the body.

Nothing here is too much.

Nothing here is wrong.

You are safe.

You are supported.

I am right here with you.

Keep breathing in and out the mouth.

Let the breath carry you.

Trust your breath.

Trust your body.

You may start to feel heat,

Vibration,

Movement.

Good.

This means oxygen is reaching the places that have been holding on.

Do not slow down now.

Stay with it.

Stay with the rhythm.

Stay with the breath.

Breathe into the belly,

Into the chest.

Breathe into your back.

Let the body do what it needs to do.

You don't need to guide it.

You don't need to manage it.

Your body is intelligent.

It knows how to heal.

Breathe into it now.

We have a few more rounds to go before we have our first breath hold.

Stay present.

Let the breath stay full.

Let the breath stay connected.

Okay,

Beautiful.

On your next inhale,

I want you to take a deep,

Full breath in through the mouth so you cannot take any more air in and hold it.

Hold the breath.

Feel the stillness inside you.

Feel the energy circulating.

Feel the openness you are creating.

Keep holding.

This is how we create freedom in the body,

Taking these moments.

Okay,

On my count of three,

Exhale slowly through the mouth.

Three,

Two,

One.

Beautiful.

Let the breath go.

Let the body soften.

Return to natural breathing for a few moments.

Notice how the body feels now.

Notice the shift,

The movement,

The openness.

This is flow beginning.

Stay with it.

Okay,

And on my count,

We're going to come back for the next round of the breath technique.

Three,

Two,

One.

Open your mouth nice and wide.

Inhale through the mouth,

Out through the mouth.

No pauses,

No breaks.

Let the breath stay connected like a wave that never stops moving in and out,

In and out.

You are already in the work now.

You're in the flow.

There is no more warming up.

This round,

You need to go deeper.

Lean into it.

I want you to find your edge of discomfort and lean into it.

Push just beyond that edge.

That is where your magic lies.

As you breathe,

Notice what is different this time.

Your body is more open.

Your nervous system is more receptive.

Now we invite the deeper layers.

Ask yourself quietly,

Where am I holding on?

Where am I resisting change?

Where am I afraid to let go?

You don't need the answers in words.

Your body will show you.

Pay attention to where the sensations intensifies.

That is the doorway.

Keep breathing.

If the breath starts to feel uncomfortable,

This is important.

This is the edge.

Most people stop here.

Instead,

You stay with it.

Not pushing,

Not forcing,

But leaning in.

Breathe into the discomfort.

Breathe through it.

This is where stored patterns loosen.

This is where old holding releases.

You are safe to be here.

I've got you.

Keep breathing in and out through the mouth.

As the breath continues,

Imagine the areas of your life where things feel stuck.

Relationships,

Work,

Decisions,

Your sense of direction.

Bring those places into your awareness now and breathe flow into them.

Inhale possibility.

Exhale resistance.

Inhale movement.

Exhale control.

Let the breath teach your body how to move with life instead of against it.

Keep breathing.

You've got this.

In and out.

You may feel energy rising,

Heat building,

Tension moving.

Good.

This is activation.

Stay present.

Breathe fully.

Breathe boldly.

You are creating space inside yourself for something new to move through.

We have a few more rounds here before we end round two with our second breath hold.

Stay steady.

Let the breath remain strong.

Beautiful.

Keep breathing.

Each breath a little bit deeper than the breath before.

Beautiful.

On your next inhale,

I want you to take a deep,

Powerful breath in through the mouth.

Fill the whole body with oxygen until you cannot take any more air in and hold it.

Squeeze.

Feel the stillness inside the activation.

Feel the energy circulating without effort.

This is where clarity emerges.

This is where alignment begins.

Stay in the space.

Keep holding.

Don't let go.

You are in control.

Keep holding.

Feel the freedom inside of the body.

Okay.

On my count,

We will exhale slowly through the mouth.

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhale and let it all go.

Let's just come back to our normal rhythm for a few counts.

Notice how the body feels more open,

More alive,

More present.

Stay with it.

Okay.

On my count,

We're going to move into our final round.

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhale through the mouth.

Exhale through the mouth.

Inhale through the mouth.

Exhale through the mouth.

This is where everything comes together.

Let the breath be strong but steady.

Let it move you.

As you breathe,

Bring your awareness to your whole body,

Not one place,

All of it.

Feel the breath moving everywhere at once.

Through your chest,

Through your belly,

Through your back,

Through your legs.

This is what flow feels like.

No resistance,

No gripping,

No holding back,

Just movement.

As you continue breathing,

I want you to ask yourself,

What am I ready to say yes to in my life?

What am I ready to create?

Not from obligation and not from expectation,

But from truth,

From alignment,

From what lights you up.

Let that yes live in your body.

Breathe into that yes.

Breathe it through you.

Keep breathing.

Push a little bit harder,

A little bit fuller.

I know you've got this.

We're nearly at the end.

As the breath builds,

Bring to mind something you want more of in your life.

Freedom,

Joy,

Creativity,

Expansion,

Peace,

Whatever it is.

Feel it.

Breathe into it.

Where does it live in the body?

Breathe into those places.

Inhale possibility,

Exhale doubt.

Inhale courage,

Exhale limitation.

Let the breath amplify your intention.

This is how we create from the body.

Keep breathing.

We haven't got long to go.

Give it all you've got.

In and out through the mouth.

You may feel the intensity peak here.

This is the wave.

Don't fight it.

Don't analyze it.

Just ride it.

Let the breath carry you over the edge of effort and into surrender.

This is where transformation happens.

You are safe.

You are held.

You are capable of being here.

You are stronger than you think.

Keep breathing.

Got a few more rounds before we go into our final breath hold.

So give it all you've got.

Push that little bit harder,

That little bit fuller.

I know you've got it in you.

Stay present.

Let the breath stay full.

Let the body stay open.

This is integration.

And on my count,

On your next inhale,

Take a deep expansive breath in through the mouth.

Fill the lungs completely and hold.

Hold the breath.

Feel the stillness inside.

Feel the openness you've created.

This is your body in alignment.

This is flow embodied.

Stay here.

Keep holding.

We've only got 30 seconds left of this.

I know you can do this.

Just hold.

Squeeze.

Trust your body.

Okay,

On my count.

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhale and let it all go.

Let everything soften.

Open.

Return to natural breathing.

Do not rush.

Your body is integrating something important.

Notice the sensations,

The openness,

The clarity.

Remain exactly where you are.

There is nothing you need to do now.

Nothing you need to achieve.

Nothing you need to process.

The work has already been done.

Take a beautiful inhale through the nose.

Feel your belly rise and a beautiful exhale out the nose.

Feel your belly soften.

Let the breath return completely to its natural rhythm in and out the nose,

Feeling the belly expanding and softening.

Notice how different the breath feels now.

Softer,

Fuller,

More spacious.

This is your nervous system settling after deep activation.

Allow yourself to rest in the state.

This is not the end of the practice.

This is one of the most important parts.

Integration happens in stillness.

As you rest here,

Notice the sensations moving through your body.

You may feel warmth,

A gentle hum,

A sense of openness or a deep calm.

You may also feel tired or spacious or emotionally open.

Whatever is present is welcome.

Your body is recalibrating.

Your nervous system is reorganizing.

Your system is learning a new rhythm.

You do not need to rush this process.

Let the body take its time.

Now bring your awareness to your chest.

Feel the steady rhythm of your heart.

This is life moving through you.

Effortlessly natural now.

You don't need to force flow.

Flow is your natural state when resistance softens.

Let this understanding settle into your body.

Without analyzing,

Notice what feels different now.

Not in your mind,

In your body.

Perhaps there is more space,

More ease,

More clarity.

Perhaps there is simply less tension.

This is enough.

This is what happens when you allow life to move through you instead of against you.

Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the physical body.

Feel the surface beneath you.

The steadiness of earth.

The support that has been holding you the entire time.

Begin to invite some gentle movement into your fingers and toes.

Your wrists,

Your ankles.

Gently move your neck side to side.

And if it feels comfortable,

Pull your knees into your chest and give yourself a beautiful hug.

If not,

You can take a beautiful long big stretch and open.

Take a slow deep breath into your belly.

And a gentle exhale.

One more time.

Inhale deeply through the nose.

Feel your belly expand.

And exhale gently through the nose and feel your belly soften.

Carry this feeling with you.

Remember,

You are allowed to move at your own pace.

You are allowed to honor your body.

You are allowed to choose flow over force.

You are loved unconditionally.

You are worthy.

You are beautiful.

Thank you for trusting your body.

Thank you for breathing with me.

Thank you for showing up for yourself.

I see you.

I feel you.

I hear you.

And I honor you.

It is a blessing to hold this space with you.

With love and gratitude always.
