Cultivating Bliss,

A guided meditation from Wellness Wonderland Collective.

I am open to the bliss that exists within me.

Taking a moment,

Closing the eyes,

Rolling the shoulders up and back,

Gently softening into this space.

Taking a moment to arrive.

Feel the weight of your body supported by the earth.

Let your hands rest in a way that feels natural.

Palms down if you need grounding or up to receive energy and openness.

And gently bring your awareness to your breath.

Noticing the natural rise and fall,

The inhale filling your body at every level,

And the exhale softening,

Releasing tension,

Releasing tightness.

Letting go of the day so far and releasing any expectations of what's to come.

This is a time to simply be.

As you continue to breathe,

Bringing to mind the word bliss.

What does bliss mean to you?

Is it a feeling,

A sensation,

A state of being?

Now reflect on a moment in your life when you felt truly blissful.

It may have been a simple,

Ordinary day,

A feeling of warmth on the skin,

From the sun,

Laughing with a loved one,

Or moving freely in your body.

Just becoming a witness to whatever arises for you.

What does bliss feel like in your body?

Does it have a temperature,

A texture,

Or a color associated with it?

Where does it live?

In your heart space?

Your belly,

Your brain,

Or fingertips?

Now consider this.

Bliss is not just something to be experienced in ease and joy,

But also something we can cultivate even in the face of challenge or chaos.

How do you nurture bliss when life feels heavy?

When things don't go as planned?

What small rituals,

Thoughts,

Or practices can connect you to this state of being?

And how can you invite more of that into your daily life?

Bliss is not something to seek.

It is something to be remembered and to awaken within.

So taking a deep breath in and silently repeat,

I am open to the bliss that exists within me.

And exhale,

Letting this truth settle into your body.

Breathing in,

I am open to the bliss that exists within me.

And exhale,

Feeling this intention expand within every cell of your being.

And I want you to repeat this a few more times to yourself.

I am open to the bliss that exists within me.

And know that this bliss,

This joy,

This light lives within you always.

As we move through this practice today,

And as you move through this day,

Let this mantra guide you.

I am open to the bliss that exists within me.

Let this anchor you in moments of stillness and uplift you in moments of movement.

When the mind starts to wander,

Gently returning to this phrase and to the feeling of bliss that is already within you.

And as you move through this,

Notice the sensations of your body resting on the earth.

Feel the breath moving in and out effortlessly.

Nothing to do,

Nowhere to go,

Just being.

Bliss is not something outside of you.

It is not something to reach for.

It is already here,

Woven into every breath,

Every heartbeat,

And every moment of this presence.

A moment of reflection,

What did bliss feel like in this meditation?

Was it found in the stillness or spaces between breath?

Bliss does not always mean joy or euphoria.

It can be the deep,

Steady peace that exists even when life feels distant.

It can be the feeling that feels chaotic.

It can be the knowing that you are enough exactly as you are.

And as you rest here,

Ask yourself,

How can I invite more bliss into my daily life?

What small moments can I savor?

What simple joys can I embrace?

And let's return to our mantra one final time,

Silently repeating to yourself,

I am open to the bliss that exists within me.

Breathing it in,

Letting it expand through your entire being.

And exhaling,

Allowing it to settle into every cell.

Repeating this a few more times to yourself,

Creating space for presence.

I am open to the bliss that exists within me.

Bliss is always here within you,

Around you,

A part of you.

Carry this feeling with you,

Knowing that at any moment with a single breath,

You can return.

And when you're ready,

Gently coming back into the space slowly by inviting subtle movements,

Wiggling fingers,

Wiggling toes,

Maybe taking some shoulder circles or neck circles,

Creating some movement space within the body.

And when you feel ready,

Gently blinking the eyes open to a soft gaze.

And returning back to the space.

Until next time,

Stay curious,

Stay well,

And lead with love in all you do.
