Welcome to that voice meditation.

And I'll invite you now to relax with your voice,

With your throat,

With your body.

Sometimes vocally we are exhausted because of a lot of speaking or not using the diaphragm and the center,

Not talking and singing really from the body.

To release the voice box,

Our vocal cords and to relax the vocal cords we need to use our pelvic muscle.

The really roots of our expression of our entire energy system.

Everything starts with the roots.

So inhale in your belly.

Exhale,

Relax.

Inhale.

And exhale,

Relax.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale,

One,

Two,

Three.

Exhale,

One,

Two,

Three.

When you inhale,

Stretch your inner space.

Two,

Three,

Four.

Widen the inner space,

The chest,

The belly.

And exhale,

One,

Two,

Three.

And push in your belly,

Your navel and the diaphragm.

You feel the muscle,

The strength.

Empty yourself with the air and inhale.

Exhale,

Relax.

And while exhaling,

Push deeply in your belly to really empty all your energy.

New energy,

Inhale.

Exhale.

Relax.

Inhale once again.

Exhale.

And try to do like you are yawning.

And open your jaw and the air pipe very widely.

This is like stretching for all your voice box.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Relax.

And through these yawnings,

We stretch all the muscles and everything which is connected with the voice box,

The vocal cords.

And we also stretch your diaphragm.

Let out all the exhaustion.

Yawn.

Yes.

And feel the exhaustion,

The tension disappear.

And now you feel a relaxation coming into your center of the body.

Just witness the natural movement of your belly of inhaling and exhaling.

And while inhaling,

You push out all your muscles,

The pelvic muscle,

The belly,

Like you would press something out.

And when inhaling,

You pull in all these muscles and yawning.

And feel the inner anchor.

Feel the roots.

Exhale,

Inhale.

Exhale,

Inhale.

Inhale,

Stretch out,

Open the inner room.

New energy coming in with the air,

With the breath.

Inhale,

Light.

Inhale,

Oxygen.

Inhale,

Power and vitality.

Inhale and energizing energy.

Exhale through yawning.

And keep that belly and pelvic muscle flow.

This is needed for the balance.

And inhaling is receiving.

Exhaling is giving.

And receive well a balancing,

Recovering,

Vitalizing energy.

Through your mouth,

Open the jaw like you would yawn slightly.

Like a balloon,

You are full.

Exhale out.

If you feel freezing or a little bit like a goosebumps,

This is a perfect,

A perfect nice sign that you let go something.

That you let go energy which is stuck and the energy is flowing.

Also it means you are cleaning your emotions.

And then you breathe out with your belly pushing in.

Relax.

Witness your natural breath.

Now feel your arms going to the air and pull energy down.

Inhale,

Stretch yourself up tension.

Like you would stretch after standing up off the bed and relax fully.

Enjoy that nothingness to hang the arms downwards,

To hang the shoulders,

The back.

Be one with doing nothing,

Talking nothing and enjoying just the presence.

And then back again.

Stretch your back,

Inhale.

Bring your arms up and stretch widely upwards.

Stretch your left and right side.

To the left and to the right.

Stretch,

Stretch,

Stretch.

And relax everything down consciously.

Hang.

Bend your back,

Your chest,

Your throat,

Your neck.

Your arms.

Feel your body enjoying just to hang out.

Keep your eyes closed to have the focus inside.

And then make your back straight,

Arms relaxed on your laps.

And you can stretch your neck a little bit to the back.

Bring your chest with you,

But pull in your navel.

And bring your head to the front.

Stretch your back side of the neck.

Again,

To the back.

Stretch.

Your throat,

Your neck,

The chest,

Open the chest,

Pride,

Pridely and widely.

The feeling of surrendering.

And go backwards.

Hang out.

You stretch your back side.

And then again,

Make your back straight and turn your head from left to right.

Feel everywhere where there is exhaustion and tension.

Bring there some care,

Relaxation and breath.

Breathe where you feel tension and exhaustion.

Left to right.

Move and roll your head to on the front side.

From the left shoulder to the right shoulder.

Make a nice half circle.

You might feel your back,

Even your lower back from sitting a lot.

And it is just really a well-being effect to give the neck and the shoulders some care and love.

Because we carry things and all the thinking and the consciousness,

Everything that is going on in our head,

We are sending it through our neck to our body and the other way around.

And then stop in the middle.

Just have a meditative position if you are sitting or have a straight back.

And imagine in your throat there is a sea,

An ocean,

Huge ocean.

And in this ocean,

You can see and feel the waves.

A strong wind moving the waves.

And the waves are going outside,

Outwards.

So from your body coming up to the throat,

The wave is swiping out all the tension and emotions which are not serving you anymore.

Inhale.

Exhale.

And send out with the air a wave towards the outside of your mouth.

Receive again air through your nose this time.

Exhale through your mouth.

And then keep going with that gently.

And just work with your imagination.

You can create these waves in the ocean inside of you.

It's a warm wind caressing your skin and moving your hair.

And then you start to let go waves of sounds.

Slide and softly,

Not to exhaust the voice,

But to relax and massage the vocal cords.

Inhale.

Exhale until all your belly is in and the air out.

Inhale with M.

Mm-ah.

And purposely you can make some tickling like you hear in my voice.

Mm-ah.

And keep supporting with your belly.

Pull in your navel slowly.

Mm-ah.

So your vocal cords can really express the exhaustion.

You are even giving permission to have that exhaustion.

Mm-ah.

Nothing needs to sound perfect now.

Inhale.

Mm-ah.

Exhale.

Mm-ah.

Mm-ah.

And when you feel your vocal cords could really express the body feeling,

The energy,

And feels accepted in what it shows to you,

Then a new relaxed and clear sound can come in.

Always use your body,

Your center.

If you have fears coming up or you feel overwhelmed from exhaustion,

From pressure,

Tension,

We can always dive deeper in that and make it longer.

And of course,

I'm very happy to support you and to guide you in that.

Don't hesitate to ask me questions and maybe you want to make it regular and dive deeper.

So feel and enjoy the relaxation coming in.

Meditate for a while.

Just with your breath or with going on with the voice as you feel it.

Give yourself a slight smile.

It's also helping the vocal cords and the voice box to uplift the voice feeling.

And all we need is presence in the body with our energy,

With our next person and surrounding.

I thank you so much joining that exercising meditation.

And I wish you a transformation into ease,

Love and happiness with your voice.

Be grateful for your voice.

It's serving us every day.

And just give some attention and love.

God bless you.

Namaste.
