Feeling proud of ourselves can be so good for our wellbeing in life. This track is a great pep talk. If you need a bit of a pat on the back or confidence before walking into an interview, test, exam, conference, or family occasion. This track is going to help you remember how wonderful you are.

Let's start this practice by just relaxing.

Sitting up straight in a chair,

Lying down on a bed,

Wherever you may be.

Just get a comfortable position,

But let's make sure that your back is nice and straight.

I want you to feel that strength within you.

Feel the ability to hold your body nice and straight,

Nice and tall,

With purpose.

And take a nice deep breath in through the nose.

And when you exhale,

Breathe out through the mouth.

And again,

Take another nice deep breath in through the nose.

And again,

Exhale through the mouth.

And then just allow yourself to get into a nice,

Easy pattern of breathing,

With purpose,

With energy.

And remember today,

You are powerful.

You are able to take on whatever challenges come your way.

You can believe in yourself.

You can believe in all your inner qualities,

Whether that is resilience,

Strength,

The ability to speak to people,

To listen to people,

To understand others' needs,

To be able to get across your ideas,

Your input into any situation.

You have all the skills and resources within you.

You just need to allow yourself to tap in to all your wonderful qualities that you already embody.

So take a moment now to feel proud of yourself,

To feel proud of your achievements.

And take a nice deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Just allow yourself to feel that pride welling up inside you.

Maybe you can think about things that you've done,

Projects that you've completed,

Or other activities or goals that you've set and you've achieved.

Think of those things now.

Think of how you achieved them.

It was you.

It was your determination.

It was your set of skills.

It was you that did it.

So take a moment now to feel that pride,

To understand that you have so many skills,

To understand that you can use your skills.

You can help others.

You can help yourself.

So often we forget to look inward,

To look at our own amazing abilities.

But now is a time to recognize those amazing abilities,

To use them for your benefit,

For the benefit of others around you,

For you to show others how it is to be centered,

To be in your own power.

This is you.

Breathe it,

Love it,

Because it's you.

I needed that today. I’ve been so out of sorts with that maniac in the White House I’m not sure which way to turn. I need to know that I’ll be able to get through it. Perhaps now I can. Thank you.. I have a two day training tomorrow and the next day. It’s an annual thing and I’m always so worried about it. With this medication in my arsen I know I’ll be fine. Thank you again..
