Om (Carnatic Improv)

Om is an energizing and Shakti-filled meditative vocal inspired by the Indian Carnatic Classical singing tradition of South India. Sitting in meditation one day, I felt strongly compelled to sing so I connected my recording equipment and placed a Veena recording in the background to improvise to. After a little while seated in silence, my inner voice insisted on singing and this track was created. The full production of the track, including Viola and Moog, was finalized with my producer, Victor Guadiana in Madrid, Spain.
