Welcome to this guided meditation to add a little spark to your morning.

This is your time,

A few minutes to connect with yourself before the day begins.

So let's begin with a deep breath.

Inhale slowly through your nose and exhale fully through your mouth.

Take a few more of these deep breaths at your own pace.

While you do that,

Let your shoulders drop,

Soften your jaw and allow yourself to arrive here,

Just as you are.

Close your eyes if that feels comfortable and begin to tune in to the rhythm of your breath.

There's no need to change it,

Just notice the gentle rise and fall and let your breath anchor you into this moment.

With each inhale,

Invite in fresh energy,

Clarity and light.

And with each exhale,

Release what you no longer need.

Let go of any tension that you feel in your body and let go of any thoughts that try to rush you ahead into your day.

Just take this little moment for yourself.

As you settle in,

Gently bring your attention to your heart.

Imagine a warm,

Glowing light there.

It feels steady and alive.

Now,

Let this light expand.

Let it fill your chest.

Let this light radiate through your body.

It feels as if this light surrounds you,

Like a cocoon.

This light is your presence,

Your essence,

Your power.

Take a moment to connect with that power.

Even if you woke up feeling tired,

Overwhelmed or perhaps unsure,

Remember that you are still whole,

That you are still worthy and still capable of having your way.

You are still capable of having the best day today.

Now,

I invite you to bring to mind a word that reflects how you want to feel today.

For example,

It could be peaceful or energized or focused or grateful.

Whatever word shows up for you is perfect.

Take your word,

Inhale it,

Really feel it,

And when you exhale,

Bring it into the space around you.

Let your word settle into your body,

Into your breathing,

Into your energy.

And now,

I invite you to picture your day unfolding ahead of you.

Not from a place of rushing or pressure,

But from a place of presence and intention.

Visualize yourself moving through the next few hours.

How do you want to show up?

Maybe you see yourself moving through the morning with clarity or just walking slowly through your home with a fresh cup of tea.

Or maybe just simply remembering to take a pause now and then.

Whatever your day looks like,

Remember this.

You get to set the tone.

Now,

Take a deep breath in and repeat out loud or in your mind,

I choose presence.

And when you exhale,

Repeat,

I release resistance.

Inhale again and say,

I open to possibility.

And exhale with the words,

I trust the unfolding.

I want you to remember this throughout your day today.

You are not behind.

You are not too late.

You are exactly where you need to be.

Allow a few more breaths to settle that truth into your body.

Let's now gently close this practice by bringing your awareness back to your surroundings.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

And if you feel like it,

Stretch your body gently.

And whenever you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes and carry this energy with you throughout the rest of your day.

This day is yours.

Remember to be bold and to take it slow whenever you need to.
