Welcome to Trinity Gaia Consciousness.
This is a guided meditation for the element of Earth and the soul of our planet Gaia.
I would like you to take a deep inhale for a count of five,
Holding for two,
Exhaling for six,
And we will do this twice,
Beginning now.
And exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale.
The element of Earth is the foundation that we all rest upon.
It's the environment that exists because the element of Earth,
The soul of our planet Gaia,
Actively is seeking balance to maintain life being possible.
With this sturdy foundation,
We get to explore life,
Love,
Loss,
Triumph,
And challenge.
Everyone we have ever known,
Read about,
Studied,
They've all lived.
So the element of Earth is very foundational.
It's also seeking balance.
So if you were to apply this concept to rock wall climbing,
If you're reaching for that next handhold or foothold,
You have to evaluate.
First of all,
Everything you're currently holding on to is sturdy enough to achieve it.
And then get your body to move just perfectly balanced to achieve that next handhold or foothold.
It's similar with trees and plants and like the picture for the guided meditation,
No matter how small the life form,
To how large the forest,
There is a balance that is constantly being sought.
Every now and then you'll have something that just is a bit,
You know,
Jarring.
Say it's a mudslide or an avalanche or a tsunami or a hurricane.
This is Mother Nature or Gaia seeking balance herself.
And you look at mountain ranges,
You know there's tectonic plates that are shifting and moving.
And that's how these mountains occur in volcanoes.
Gaia is just as complex as we ourselves are.
So from both a physical standpoint as well as an energetic standpoint,
I will be inviting you to go through the questions for self-reflection today.
I would like to begin with what you would find you would be the most grateful for in the last day.
This helps add positive energy to the global consciousness as well as your own environment.
Helping Gaia to have more positive to work with.
If you can't necessarily get to a location to recycle or you know whatever way you would prefer to physically contribute to balance for our planet,
Energetically you can always contribute in this way.
So energetically what are you the most grateful for when it comes to your foundation?
When it comes to balance and stability in the last 24 hours?
Within the last 24 hours what would you have liked to have seen change or would like to maybe do differently next time?
And how could you,
Even by just speaking this to yourself,
You are creating an intention to have a more positive future.
This also contributes to the planet in an energetic fashion.
If you cannot contribute physically you can always help build that positive through growth,
Through challenging yourself to be a better person for you.
You gotta love you first,
Keep that foundation solid.
So what would this thing be that you would like to see change in?
Be it a thought that just really had a negative emotion attached to it that you'd rather not think anymore.
That in and of itself,
Saying that to yourself is enough to begin having that thought not come up as often.
And you keep doing that and it won't arise eventually anymore.
And you will be happier without that thought.
Your conveyor belt of thoughts foundationally will be changed.
So I invite you to reflect on that now.
Have that internal conversation.
We'll be moving into a grander scale.
A larger look back at the last year of your life.
And if you did do a bunch of recycling or you planted trees or you donated to a wildlife fund to help preserve habitat,
Natural habitat,
Great!
That's awesome!
Your environment is aware of that.
But if this is not something that you personally are capable or can do,
Depending on any number of reasons,
You can always contribute in this way.
Energetically,
Foundationally.
If you look back at the last year of your life,
How have you grown?
How have you chosen to create change within yourself and thus your environment?
What are you the most grateful for?
Keeping in mind that you are,
You can be aware just by tapping your feet on the floor that there is solid earth beneath you.
Even if it's like a foot or two beneath the floor,
It's still there.
Everything rests on Mother Earth.
So you are giving this positive.
And you benefit,
Mother Earth benefits,
Everybody else benefits too.
I invite you to reflect on that now.
Now that you have gone through your gratitude questions,
Positive,
The positive growth,
The question,
What you see you would like to have change in your future over the next year?
What would you like to work on?
So in a year's time you can look back and be able to say I'm grateful for this thing that I decided I would work on and work on until I achieved it.
In this,
You yourself are becoming aware of where your internal world,
Where you want that to go,
How you want,
How you feel about you to shift and grow and change.
And that is hope.
And hope,
You cannot kill hope.
It's impossible.
There is always hope for better,
For more happiness,
For more joy,
More abundance.
And the more you give your thoughts and your feelings and your emotions to that,
The more likely you are to actually manifest that in your life,
Creating transformation.
And you can see this in nature.
Probably the most iconic visualization for transformation is that of the caterpillar to the butterfly.
To set that goal,
Something that maybe scares you a little bit,
But you've always dreamed about,
You've always wanted.
Setting that goal to overcome every internal obstacle along the way.
Yes,
There are external obstacles,
But really,
If it comes down to it,
It's whether or not your fear of being successful at that is greater than your willingness to overcome the obstacle within you or the obstacle outside of you.
Sometimes it's necessary to alter vision.
Say six months from now,
You're like,
Hey,
I learned this.
I want to kind of add this little caveat to it.
Being willing to be flexible and adapt.
The foundation is that you know you are alive.
That this life is what you have to work with.
And you're in an environment where you are supported in living.
And you can move from one form,
Transition in this state of,
I don't really quite know what I am right now,
Inside that cocoon,
To this beautiful butterfly.
Which kind of butterfly do you want to be?
And it doesn't matter if this is a butterfly that only you and a rare few get to enjoy.
Or if it's something that's a grand scale and everyone's heart desires and everyone contributes to the global consciousness.
No matter how big or small their dreams are,
They are all important.
And they all have a strong,
Positive,
Energetic contribution to make to everyone else,
Including the soul of our planet.
