Welcome.

I invite you to get comfy whether that's on a bed,

On a chair,

Or on a floor.

Let's start by taking a slow breath in and let it fall out of your chest like a soft sigh.

Let your body settle just a little deeper into wherever you are.

Bring one hand to your chest and one to your belly.

Feel the warmth of your own touch,

A reminder that you're here,

You're safe,

And you're supported.

Now breathe in for a count of four,

Hold for a count of two,

And release for a count of six.

Let your exhale melt the tension hiding in your shoulders.

Now I want you to imagine wrapping yourself in the softest,

Coziest blanket,

Warm,

Weighted,

And steady.

Feel it around your arms,

Your ribs,

Your back,

And let your body believe it's being held by this blanket.

Now I want you to whisper this gently in your mind,

I'm safe,

I'm allowed to slow down,

And I don't have to carry everything at once.

Let your breath settle into a natural rhythm,

No forcing,

No fixing,

Just being.

Notice how the air feels a little warmer around you.

Your heartbeat feels a little steadier,

Your mind a little softer,

And now take one more deep grounding inhale.

And release it slowly.

And feel your feet,

Your seat,

And your body reconnecting with the present moment.

Your back,

You're okay,

And you're held.

Thank you for joining me and have a great rest of your day.
