Circular (connected) breathing is an active breathwork technique designed to give you focus, energy, and clarity. By guiding the breath in a continuous, flowing rhythm without pause, this practice helps you release stagnant energy, calm the mind, and awaken the body’s natural vitality. Whether you’re new to breathwork or experienced, this session will help you shift out of overthinking and into presence, opening space for clarity, balance, and a renewed sense of aliveness.

Transcript

Hello fellow breathers and welcome to another guided breathwork audio brought to you by Transcend Healing and Breathwork.

My name is Dean Cramp and I will be your guide through this breathwork journey.

Today we will be practicing circular breathing which is a deep inhale from the belly up into the chest and out through the mouth in a circular pattern.

No pause at the top and no pause at the bottom.

Find a comfortable space to breathe in.

Either sit down or lie down.

Let your chest open.

Let your shoulders relax and we will begin the breath in three,

Two,

One.

That's it.

Stay with the loop.

Feel that circular motion of the breath.

Drawing it up from the belly,

High into the chest.

Breathing the breath out of your mouth.

Focus on making those breaths circular.

Notice that sensation that you're starting to feel in your body.

We'll be taking a deep breath in.

Hold.

Sigh it out.

Start to relax the body.

Relax the shoulders.

Giving your body a few seconds of rest before we go into round two.

We will begin in three,

Two,

One.

Staying with the breath.

Gather up all that tension.

We're going to sigh it out.

Good.

Just turn to a normal rhythm of breath in through your nose.

Finding that inner peace and that inner wisdom.

Start to return to a normal rhythm of breathing.

If you need to pause the recording to stay a little longer,

To relax a little longer,

Feel free to do so.

Slowly come back to your body.

Wiggling your fingers.

Wiggle.

Give yourself a nice stretch.

It has been an honor to breathe with you today.

Love and light.
