Welcome to this empowering meditation designed to help you make positive changes in your life and achieve your best health.

Find a quiet comfortable place where you can relax without interruptions.

Sit or lie down.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath.

Inhale deeply through your nose.

Hold it for a moment and then exhale slowly.

As you breathe,

Let go of any tension in your body.

Feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed with each breath.

Focus on the sound of my voice.

Allow your mind to drift.

Imagine a warm golden light surrounding your body,

Filling you with a sense of calm and peace.

This light is a symbol of your inner strength and potential.

Now let's deepen your relaxation.

Picture yourself standing at the top of a beautiful staircase.

As you descend the steps,

Each step you take will bring you deeper into a state of relaxation and focus.

Step down onto the first step.

Feel your body becoming more relaxed.

Step down onto the second step.

Step down onto the third step.

Your mind is becoming more focused.

Step down onto the fourth step.

Feel your body becoming more relaxed.

Step down onto the fifth step.

You are now deeply relaxed and ready to make positive changes.

Imagine a warm golden light surrounding your body.

Feel your body becoming more relaxed.

And ready to make positive changes.

Imagine a place where you feel completely safe and at peace.

This could be a real place you know of or a place from your imagination.

As you visualise this place,

Notice the details,

The colours,

The sounds,

The smells.

Whilst you're in this safe place,

Take a deep breath and press your thumb and forefinger together on one hand.

This will create an anchor for you,

For this feeling of safety and peace.

Anytime you need to feel safe and calm,

You can press your thumb and forefinger together and return to this place in your mind.

Now think of a situation or belief that has been holding you back.

It might be a negative thought about your health or your ability to change.

Notice how this thought makes you feel.

Imagine writing this thought onto a piece of paper.

As you look at the paper,

Realise that this thought is just that,

A thought.

It doesn't define you and it can be changed.

Now crumple up the paper and throw it away.

Replace that negative thought with a positive,

Empowering one.

If you thought,

I can't change,

Replace it with,

I am capable of making positive changes in my life.

Imagine a gentle light shining through a piece of paper.

In my life,

Imagine a gentle light moving back and forth in front of your eyes.

Follow the light with your eyes from left to right.

As you continue to breathe deeply and relax.

As you follow the light,

Think about the positive changes you want to make in your life.

Visualise yourself living your best life in your best health.

See yourself happy,

Healthy and full of energy.

Notice how good it feels to live this way.

As you continue to follow the light,

Let these positive images and feelings become stronger and more vivid.

Now focus on your body.

Notice any areas where you feel tension or discomfort.

As you breathe deeply,

Imagine sending the warm golden light to these areas.

Feel the light dissolving the tension and filling you with a sense of relaxation and peace.

Allow yourself to release any pent up energy or stress.

And notice how your body feels more relaxed and free.

Now let's focus on your breath again.

As you breathe,

Imagine inhaling positive energy and exhaling any negativity or stress.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming more centred and empowered.

Take a deep breath in.

Hold the breath.

Then exhale slowly.

Repeat this pattern with me.

Take a breath in.

Hold the breath.

Then exhale slowly.

Take a breath in.

Hold the breath.

Then exhale slowly.

Once more.

Take a breath in.

Hold the breath.

Then exhale slowly.

Now imagine this bright light above your head.

The light is filled with pure positive energy.

Visualise the light entering your body through the top of your head,

Filling you with warmth and vitality.

As the light flows through your body,

It pushes out any negative energy or blockages.

See these negative energies leaving your body,

Being replaced with bright positive light.

Feel yourself becoming lighter and more energised.

Now repeat the following affirmations,

Now repeat the following affirmations,

Silently or out loud.

I am capable of making positive changes in my life.

I am deserving of good health and happiness.

I am strong,

Resilient and empowered.

I choose to live my best life in my best health.

Every day I am becoming healthier and happier.

Feel the truth of these affirmations resonating within you.

Know that you have the power to create the life you desire.

Now imagine yourself six months from now,

Living your best life in your best health.

See yourself happy,

Healthy and thriving.

Notice the positive changes you have made and how they have impacted your life.

Visualise yourself achieving your goals and living with purpose and joy.

Feel the sense of accomplishment and pride in yourself for making these positive changes.

It's time to return to your working state,

Bringing with you the positive energy and empowerment you have experienced.

Imagine yourself standing at the bottom of the staircase you descended earlier.

As you move up the stairs,

You're becoming more awake and alert with each step.

Step up to the first step.

Feel your body becoming more and more alert.

Step up to the first step.

Feel your body becoming more energised.

Step up to the second step.

Feel your mind becoming more alert.

Step up to the third step.

Feel yourself becoming more aware of your surroundings.

Step up to the fourth step.

Feel the energy and positivity flowing through you.

Step up to the fifth step.

Open your eyes,

Feeling fully awake,

Refreshed and empowered.

Take a moment to stretch and move through your body.

Remember you have the power to make positive changes in your life and to live your best life in your best health.

You can return to this meditation at any time,

Any time you need to feel empowered and focused.

Now carry this sense of empowerment with you as you go about your day,
