Let us dive into a guided mindful meditation practice,

Designed to cultivate emotional equilibrium.

This is a practice you can use at any time,

Whenever you are in need to balance your emotions and to find inner harmony.

Let us gently shift our focus inward.

Take a moment to connect with your physical presence.

Feel the support beneath you carrying your body.

The subtle movements of your body as you breathe.

Now take a deep inhale,

Filling your lungs with air and exhale slowly.

Allow yourself to drop into your body even more.

You're safe right here,

Right now.

Let us take another deep inhale,

Filling your lungs with air and exhale slowly.

Focus on your breath.

Feel the rhythmic pattern of inhalation and exhalation.

Be there for a moment.

And let the breath be your anchor,

Grounding you in the simplicity of each inhale and exhale.

Now that you've settled into breath awareness,

I invite you to become an observer of your emotions.

No judgment,

Just let your awareness gently explore the landscape of your feelings.

Notice the ebb and flow of emotions.

Whether joy,

Sadness or anger arises,

Observe them through the compassionate presence.

Acknowledge these emotions and simply let them be.

Now while you are allowing these emotions to be present,

Let us take a deep breath into these emotions and with each exhale let it all go.

There is no need to hold on to them,

Just simply let them go.

Take another deep breath into these emotions.

Hold for four and exhale.

Let it go.

I invite you to repeat this as long as you need.

There is no rush.

This is your time where you can gently let go of the emotions at your own pace.

Allow your breath to be your guide,

To release the emotions more and more and to guide you.

To a place of inner stillness,

A sanctuary of inner harmony.
