Transcript

Hello and welcome to this meditation to relieve stress and anxious thoughts.

Make sure you're in a comfortable position,

That you will not be disturbed for the duration of this short session.

When you're ready,

Bring your focus to your breath.

Paying attention to how your lungs expand and contract with each inhale and exhale.

Letting your breath flow however it wants to,

Not trying to control or change anything.

Beginning to notice your jaw,

Seeing if you can feel any tension here.

And breathe into the sensations in your jaw.

And as you exhale,

Release it just a little.

Inhaling again and imagining that you are breathing in new energy,

New feelings,

New thoughts,

New emotions.

And when you exhale,

Let go of all fear,

Anxiety,

Discomfort and pain,

Allowing them to completely fade away.

Taking another breath in and when you exhale,

Feel yourself let go of worries and stress,

Heavy energy.

As you do this,

Notice how relaxed you're becoming.

Each breath comes in naturally.

And with each exhale,

You let go a little bit more.

Letting another breath come in naturally and this time imagining a happy,

Easy,

Beautiful future.

And as you let that breath go,

Notice how negativity begins to fade.

Each slow breath in and out becomes a gentle wave of relaxation,

Sweeping over you with each inhale and each exhale.

Now allow your breath to flow naturally.

Begin to notice how calm and peaceful you're beginning to feel.

You deserve this wonderful feeling of serenity.

And as you take this new vibrational state,

You're being open to receive new blessings and positivity.

Each breath is helping you become more refreshed and more restored than before.

Notice how this new energy is making you feel.

Maybe you notice it's bringing up feelings of abundance,

With your cup overflowing and able to give to others.

The ability to fully enjoy the abundance that you've manifested and created.

Maybe you can imagine that every cell in your body is energized and every aspect of your life is infused with positive energy and radiant health.

Maybe you're surrounded by love and support.

You feel comfortable being yourself and being at ease with who you are and what you're doing with your life.

Even if it's not true here in this present moment,

Just imagine it with as much detail as you can.

See yourself full of light energy and optimism.

You can even imagine it as if you were watching a movie of yourself.

See the colors brightly.

Watch yourself full of ambition,

Taking steps towards what makes you happy and fulfilled.

Stay with your breath.

Allow your intentions to remain positive.

Even if you don't feel positive in this moment,

You can imagine what being joyful is like.

Breathe into the joy you're creating.

Notice how you are consciously shifting any stressed or anxious thoughts right now into these peaceful feelings instead,

Just by following your breath.

As you breathe deeply and let your exhale completely relax you,

You notice how any thoughts that previously held you back become smaller and smaller with each and every single breath.

You watch negative thoughts diminish little by little as if you're riding away in a car and these negative thoughts are sitting alongside the road,

Shrinking into the distance as you ride away with ease.

And as you see them go,

You are freed from their grip.

If you have any more negative thoughts arise,

Drop them off on the side of the road by any creative means that arise and ride away,

Watching them grow smaller until they are consumed by the horizon.

Notice and feel any changes from this moment right now and the differences between how you felt before you began this meditation.

Your new thoughts find a home within your inner being,

Knowing that you can return your focus to your breath for just a few moments anytime you want.

You get to decide to let these positive thoughts and positive energy in and to release any negativity or heavy thoughts from your energy whenever you wish.

Taking these last few moments of this meditation to focus on your breath once more,

And in your own time,

Whenever you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Good.

I commend you for taking these steps towards living a better life and to accepting wonderful changes in your life.

Take as much time as you need,

Maybe just spending a few more moments in gratitude before ending this meditation.
