Take a deep breath,
Another deep and slow breath,
And exhale,
Relax your body.
Another slow and steady breath in through your nose,
And exhale,
And relax your thoughts,
And just allow your breath to find its own natural rhythm,
And feel how it flows in and out of your body.
And just notice how by being aware of your breath,
You are already more present,
And your mind is already quieting down a little bit more.
And when you listen to this music and to my voice,
Try to recognize what it is that is actually aware of the sounds.
So,
Not just the thought about the sounds,
But the awareness of the thoughts about the sounds.
Just try,
Without forcing,
To stay with that awareness for a moment,
So instead of putting your attention outwards to the sound,
Turn it around 180 degrees inwards to the awareness observing,
And rest as that awareness,
Pure and empty awareness,
Just aware of being,
Of existing.
Where do you feel this sense of I AM?
Do you feel it in your body still,
Or in your head?
If so,
Imagine opening a tiny door at the back of your head,
So that this awareness can escape from the chains of the physical body.
And just imagine it going out of your head and spreading into infinity,
Not bound to any location,
Not bound to physicality.
Let go of any identifications with your physical body and your human life,
And just allow yourself to free-float as awareness,
Everywhere,
All at once.
Surrender,
Just be.
Whenever a thought comes up,
Just accept it exactly as it is and try to come back to that sense of I EXIST.
Rest as existence,
As beingness itself,
And stay there,
Relaxed yet focused,
Present,
