Find a comfortable position in a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.

Close your eyes gently and begin to focus on your breath.

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling your chest rise,

And exhale slowly,

Letting go of any tension in your body.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to relax more deeply.

Imagine yourself in a peaceful meadow during a warm,

Sunny day.

Visualise tall grass gently swaying in the breeze around you.

Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin,

Creating a comforting sensation of relaxation and ease.

As you walk through the meadow,

You come upon a tranquil grove of trees.

Picture the sunlight filtering through the leaves,

Casting gentle patterns on the ground.

Hear the soft rustling of leaves and feel the coolness of the shade enveloping you.

Continue your journey through the grove,

Exploring its peaceful corners and serene atmosphere.

Allow yourself to feel completely safe and at ease in this natural sanctuary.

Take a few moments to breathe deeply,

Absorbing the calmness of this scene.

Feel the relaxation deepen within each breath,

As if the tranquility of the grove is filling your entire being.

Now,

As you continue to enjoy this peaceful state,

Know that you are safe and comfortable.

In this relaxed state,

You are open and receptive to positive suggestions and guidance.

When you are ready,

I will gently guide you further into a deep state of relaxation,

Allowing you to access your inner resources and make positive changes in your life.

Just take a deep breath in,

And as you breathe out,

Just relax.

This time is for you to be with yourself.

By taking this time out for you,

You are giving yourself a wonderful gift.

You are sending a message to yourself that you matter and things are going to improve.

By giving yourself this time,

You are giving your mind the space to relax and find its balance again.

You've got this,

And you start to believe this more and more.

What you focus on,

You move towards,

And you realise the power of your mind.

You are the creator of your own life,

And this means anything is possible if you believe it is,

And life starts to change.

The right people come into your life,

And you only mix with and associate with people who make you feel good,

Build you up and encourage you to grow.

Life is a journey,

And you are loving it.

You are open to learning new things,

Learning what serves you,

And leaving behind anything that holds you back.

Life is an adventure,

And you are keen and excited by what lies ahead.

With each breath,

You feel more relaxed,

Calm and at ease.

The more you listen to this recording,

Your breathing is slow and measured.

You sleep so well and enjoy waking up every day excited by what it will bring.

You sleep the most wonderful sleep and wake up feeling energised and refreshed.

You drink plenty of water and eat healthy foods that nourish and feed your soul.

You feel comfortable in your own body.

You exercise often,

Walking daily,

And your body rewards you for taking care of it.

The more you take care of it,

The more you will look for ways to be the best you can be in body and soul.

This helps your mind to be clear and calm.

You are super patient with yourself and those you meet.

Your mind is calm and peaceful.

You feel brave and determined to face anything life throws at you.

You take time to enjoy yourself and you look for new things to do in your spare time.

You put your own wellbeing first because you have to have a full cup in order to help and support others,

And be the best you can be.

You focus one day at a time,

One moment at a time.

You live in the moment whilst planning for tomorrow.

You are so excited where this journey is taking you,

Because you have realised that you can influence your life by your thoughts.

Thoughts create feelings.

Thoughts of peace and happiness lead to a wonderful life full of opportunities and blessings for you and those you share this with.

You enjoy watching funny movies and clips that make you laugh.

Laughter is good for your soul and you look for things to be grateful for and laugh at daily,

And bring you joy and laughter to others.

You look forward every day with anticipation of what you can be grateful for and enjoy.

Life is for enjoying and you are doing exactly that.

You find people to enjoy life with and they become your closest friends.

You feel part of a community and you support one another and plan outings and trips together.

You feel like life is going the way you want it to.

By listening to this recording your mind accepts these words as true and accurate,

And the mind is loving this time to relax and feel at peace.
